Calle Ocho - New York City - Photo album

This is nice place with outdoor sitting in the backyard and front of the restaurant. The bathroom are clean and the table where too. I remember hand sanitizer is available. The spacing was good between the tables. This was my first time going out since the pandemic and it was a good experience. The
Came here for brunch. The complimentary starter was a sweet addition to our meal. They offer many options for complimentary sangria. I especially enjoyed Granada. It’s a steal if you love sangria✨ The speed of serving is spectacular as well.
My husband chose this place for his birthday brunch celebration with our friends last Saturday. We were lured in by the promise of delicious food, a garden spot at the back and gasp, unlimited sangrias of every flavor you can imagine. We were given a great table exactly at 1PM last Saturday and wer
Beautiful spot, and great food. Nothing exuberant though, for it to sit in the midst of such elegance and on the ground floor a beautiful hotel in the upper west side–I was expecting a classy experience. What I received was, yet again, a rushed outcome. It’s almost like they don’t care for servicing
Came for a happy hour on a weekday. I arrived early to avoid the crowds. The restaurant was pretty much empty at 4:30 pm except for one other party. Upon checkin I was asked for my ID and vaccination card. The restaurant gave us three cheese balls withe a black bean sauce to get started. It was a ni
Great food. Excellent waiter service. The waiters constantly bring water refills and take away used dishes and pick up food scraps. Very impressed. Even recommended a better appetizer for the family. The food is on the expensive side. About $30 per main course. However, it’s big enough to share two
This is a great restaurant! Great ambiance, atmosphere and very popular. They have two outdoor areas (didn't know about the 2nd). The food was amazing and the sangrias were delicious! Definitely will come back within the next few weeks!!
Visited for brunch. Make sure you reserve well in advance. Probably months. The food is amazing with large portions. The unlimited sangrias are totally worth it. Make sure you try all of them. And they do pack a lunch so careful if you are a light drinker. The service is good too. Keep room for food
The have a beautiful garden in the back. I enjoyed my breakfast. The muffins are delicious. I honestly could not tell the difference of all the white sangrias. They have different options but they all tasted the same to me. The red sangria was a bit sour for my liking. The dessert sampler was so goo
I enjoyed this restaurant. The service was excellent. Our waiters were pleasant and attentive. The food was pretty good and beautifully presented. I had the Camarones, Vaca Frita and Domino Cake. I enjoyed all three dishes. The shrimp for the camarones was cooked very well. The domino cake is made f
The free bottomless sangria was really the star of the show. There were so many options. I really enjoyed the complementary starter (I have a sweet tooth😋). The food is very plentiful but I wish it had a bit more flavor. Overall 8/10
Outdoor seating was spaced out and very pretty. Staff was attentive and polite. Food and drinks were delicious. We did the 3 course meal with unlimited Sangria for 1.5 hr
Haven’t been here in over a year and when they were located near the museum of natural history. But I’m glad we made the drive out for dinner tonight. Reminded me of how yummy the food is. Ordered the ribs and ropa vieja. Delicious. The warmed up pan de bono is amazing too. Oh they also don’t have
I got to Calle Ocho at its new location on Broadway. I spoke with Francine, the owner, and she is excited with the new location. The staff and old customers were happy to back together. The menu is the same which is great. I was told that there is an outdoor space in the back yard. I look forward to
Delicious!!! Came here without a reservation on a Sunday at 6pm with my husband and mother for a nice, quiet dinner. Delicious sangrias and main dishes!! Will definitely recommend and will come again!!
Place is located inside a hotel went here for restaurant week lots of sangria options no happy hour tasty food get the bread it’s so fluffy and the right hint of sweet so tasty even though the brown paste it comes with is scary looking its still good. Great service and large venue. Right across from
This was a nice restaurant to go to. They have a back yard so you don't have to be eating your food in the street while vehicle's pass by. That was a plus. The food was real good. We had 2 types of sangria which both was good. We will be coming back.
