A perfect quick grab breakfast š³
Trying this place for the first time. it didnāt disappoint. I order an omelette with feta jalapeƱo and spinach. It comes with sweet potato and two slices of wheat bread. It is so filling!!

A perfect place for breakfast, brunch, quick grab lunch and dinner. Very cheap and perfectly priced compared to any other places nearby in this area. Just in less than a minute walk from the Park Central Hotel. Located near to metro n,q,r, w and near to central park. Amazing options and sauces house

I appreciate the freshness, quality, and variety of menu items. There are quite a few meals that are low-sugar, moderate carb, and high protein. As a diabetic, it helps a lot that their printed menu provides every detail a person needs re ingredients, calories, and carbs.
the food is amazing but I also really love the staff. Iām just visiting, but went there about everyday for lunch while I was here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great (but small) gluten free pancakes. Good omelette and sweet potato hash. Service was okay. Not too excited about answering GF questions.

Food is fresh and tasty! Can find other places around but for a quick stop where you just need to grab a bite to eat and run, this place will hit the spot. Not bad pricing either.
Fresh & Co is a must visit and Iām a regular here. Great healthy food and drinks, I was impressed with the food service and location. I also like you can create you on bowl air burritos with any combination of meat, vegetables and rice. If you need a healthy choice I recommend this place.
