St. Cloud Rooftop

This rooftop lounge is so sophisticated, reminds me of ole sexy New York. It's definitely a must visit for after work Happy hour, first date, group night out or even if you want time to yourself. You can take in the bright lights of New York while in the outdoor area and come back in for a tasty bites and delicious drinks. There's music playing in the background, but not too loud so you can have an intimate conversation without shouting. The staff is very friendly and professional and make you feel at ease. I will definitely be back at St. Cloud rooftop.

We discovered this place on Google maps on our holiday and it became a regular spot during our trip. Even though it’s off of Times Square it’s actually quite quiet. We sat outside in November, they had comfy sofas and heaters. It’s a great place to go if you want a relaxing, quiet space that does great cocktails and beers.

This art-deco meets ultra modern rooftop lounge features a wide array of inventive cocktails. The mixologist Enayet shook me up with the velvet rope pictured. It was a flavorful, almost red licorice tasting beverage. The sidecar he shook up used Buffalo Trace, giving a spicy take on a bartenders classic. The atmosphere overlooks time Square, and would make for a perfect rooftop new years party.

Located on the rooftop of the Knickerbocker hotel, I've visited St Cloud on a handful of occasions. This is a great spot to have a sophicated drink and a cigar on the rooftop of a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, when I visited today, the bar was closed to a private party. With that being said, St Cloud Rooftop is a highly recommended Times Square located experience for a drink and a smoke if that is your thing!
