The Meatball Shop - Hell's Kitchen - New York City - Photo album

This is one of my favorite places to take out of state people. It's simple but the food is delicious. It's a small place, but the tables turn over pretty quickly. The meatballs are amazing, and they have a good variety of balls including veggie. The menu is pretty straight forward, once it's explai
First time here and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the classic meatball and pasta. The meatballs are very juicy and tasteful. Not salty at all like some other reviews have mentioned.
Love this location very much! Always sit at the bar and regardless of whether it’s day or night I’m always treated well. Today had the ramen ball bowl, which was good...but nothing can compare for eh kitchen sink dish at this place. I usually always get it with the special ball and special sauce t
Really great meatballs!! The menu is fun and easy to navigate, this is the perfect spot to go to before and after the party!! My only critique is the family style table doesn't really allow for private conversation.
Hearty and delicious dishes. Made a great First Breakfast the next morning, too. Extra kudos for a killer drink menu and for playing all the best standards that classic rock has to offer, too.
Definitely worth the walk/wait/trip or whatever else. Tasty meatballs, options for all but kept it simple and the waitress/bartender was just enough friendly and attentive. Definitely going back here. Love going at opening time, it's most empty.
Spicy pork parmasean cream.....no other words are needed! Top of my happy list and if ever a last meal..that is definitely on the list. If this doesn't make you happy, warm and full of comfort just stop eating food. Look forward to always going back to the original in lower East side. #showusyourbal
I love this place. Their meatballs and sauces are great. But my favorite is their ice cream sandwiches! The vanilla ice cream is amazing!
Always delicious! Over estimated how much we could eat though, it was good to have leftovers for later. One thing is my food was slightly on the cold side but I was really hungry and it was still good minus that.
Came here late night. Had the naked classic balls with pesto. Really really good! Liked the pine nuts with the pesto, which added a nice crunch to the taste.
Tasty Meatballs- Be sure to try the Buffalo Chicken ones! Super Friendly staff and easy ordering menu. Kid friendly and easy to share!
Cozy place. Great meatballs. Had the spicy pork balls and spicy meat sauce on pasta.. they were pretty great. Place is pricy.. but I'm not used to Manhattan prices.
I ate the pork meatballs with parmesan sauce over risotto. It was AMAZING. I washed it down with the rose sangria. The staff was warm, I was seated immediately and had a lovely late dinner by myself. Highly, HIGHLY recommend it!
Great food. Good service. Amazing taste in music. Love eating here
The most delicious meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked meatballs, delicious rich sauce on a crusty roll. Will definitely be back!
The specials of the day can be a hit or miss... Everything else is fairly consistent "Everything but the kitchen sink" is my go to order... The wait during peak hours can be a little long though... Can get quite packed after midnight on the weekend
I wasn't sure what to expect for brunch but it didn't disappoint! A little crowded but worth the visit.
I liked the simplicity of the menu and the assortment of options when it came to selecting the meatballs and sauce. Definitely made it easier to customize the meal for the children in our party. Good place to go when you’re craving a proper meal.
