The food here was well portioned, well seasoned & the vibe is rustic & lively. We had a few items including the plantains, sea bass, octopus, guacamole, mini tacos, salads & coconut rice. Each had a distinguish flavor and was very filling. The drinks are also amazing here and got quite the kick! Cool spot all around.

OMG, had the best time celebrating my BBF's birthday at Pulpería's Drag Queen Brunch! The brunch was delish (I had the pork tostadas and Loca cocktail) and the show was hilarious with a vogue competition and a party afterwards! If you wanna laugh, destress, decompress, release, look no further... Bring plenty of singles for the girls who will entertain the "pulp" out of you. You're welcome. Lol.

Everything is incredibly flavorful !! The flavors blew my mind !! Especially the paella super fresh and full of seafood !!!
Highly recommend getting the tacos too super cute they come out on a little tray and packed with yummy fillings.
Perfect place for a cute date night nice ambience and staff.

Absolutely love this place! The food, ambience and service was outstanding! Our server Bryan M. was friendly, attentive and made our visit very enjoyable. The entire staff was great and the live DJ was a pleasant unexpected surprise! We ordered raw oysters, scallops, skirt steak, grilled octopus, broccoli rabe = all outstanding!! Will definitely go back to explore the menu some more!

We stumbled upon this restaurant randomly, after seeing happy oyster hour sign outside. The atmosphere was elegant, the oysters were delicious, and the staff was kind but not intrusive.

Came for the drag brunch and didn’t want to leave!! The food was okay, but the drinks were strong and the performers were AMAZING. This was my first time going and I would definitely love to revisit!

Nice food variety, good service and atmosphere. The thing I didn’t liked is that i order one paella and other food, and they brink us all the food 20min before the paella comes!!! So that’s doesn’t make sence. Would be nice if they fix that in the service.

It was good food. Very solid taste and presentation was nice. I would probably bring my parents here when they come to visit, but I definitely was looking for more of a unique food experience. Everything is really lovely, the taste of the food is good, the ambiance is nice, drink was strong, but I’m not sure I’d come back again - at least not for dinner. I have heard brunch is amazing, so will consider coming back for that. Came here before a Broadway show and they were quick and staff were kind and attentive. I don’t have anything really negative to say, other than it just didn’t live up to the excitement expectations I had, especially for a pricier place (dishes are ~$25-40).

Went for Happy Hour before a Broadway show. The atmosphere was awesome, music was great, the bartender was fun, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. It was a great way to kick-off the weekend with a great mood.

Found La Pulperia searching open table for a place to eat, the reviews are spot on. The menu looked fantastic. We were all excited for different dishes. They did not disappoint. To start, we ordered the octopus special, and the octopus on the regular menu, tuna tartare, fried plantains, croquetas de bacalao, and lobster taquitos, everything was amazing. For our entrees, we ordered scallops, vegetarian enpanadas, pasta with veal and lamb, moqueca mixta, again the food was amazing we were practically licking our plates clean. The cocktail and wine lists were good. The margarita was far above average. Cannot wait to return. I've already told several friends in NYC about it.

It was a perfect place to spend Sunday afternoon. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The food is absolutely amazing – everything look so good and delicious. Service was delightful and very professional. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Hell’s Kitchen.

I really enjoy this place. Small and cozy with good quick service. The menu is pretty good surprisingly the cauliflower was one of the best things on the menu. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. Service was quick without feeling rushed

Great for Happy hour with friends! Read all the reviews on Yelp and photos. The most convenient is reserved via Yelp directly. Had a dinner with a good friend on a weekday around 7PM. Cold and hot dishes were well presented. Both the clerk and price are friendly~ Will definitely go back one day.
