Cool little store in the city. They specialize in making unique and hearty mac and cheeses. The menu has many variants you can go with. I just tried the classic and it was tremendous. Be careful though, make sure you’re hungry before coming here. It is super filling and probably has enough calories.

This really is the ultimate cheese experience on the Eastern seaboard. I've been to the shop which is amazing, but their packing and delivery is top notch. I had the charcuterie mothership appear at my front door and it was nothing short of spectacular.
