Overall ok place for Italian food. Menu is quite limited (we only saw 9 dish options on a weekend lunch, including sides). Service was not very attentive. But food was not bad. Overall, could be a good spot to stop by casually if nearby, but certainly not a "destination" restaurant.
Stopped in randomly for lunch (2pm) after a morning of shopping and was surprised to see it so empty, there were only two other parties besides us. Staff was very welcoming and got us seated right away with some crisp wine, she ordered the kale salad, I ordered the charred octopus—both came out qui
We stumbled upon this restaurant, as it was close to our hotel and boy was it an experience of food. The rosemary focaccia paired with the burrata was one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The butternut squash with the octopus also just went down instantly We also went for the Rib Eye (40oz) a
Aurora is a great restaurant in the soho area, great food with good prices! The restaurant is cozy and with a good playlist ideal for a date night or dinner with friends or family. The service is very nice and they have a really good wine list for very good prices! If you are in soho definitely stop
The food was really delicious. I had croquette as the starter. The stuffed risotto and cheese was wonderful. Also, I had bolognese which was also rich in flavors. I would give them 9.5 out of 10

I had the best experience and service in this Italian restaurant, the waitress made the best recommendations about wine and food. Beautiful atmosphere, can’t wait to come back <3
Aurora it’s one of my favorite places in town. This place have being like home for the past 10 years. My recommendation here it’s actually the full menu, lol wait, I do love the squid ink pasta and the focaccia. Everyone here it’s friendly and sweet, usually sit at the bar, one of the best service I
Fantastic restaurant, its been a staple of mine for over 6 years in the city. Thursday evening was a treat! As always fabulous food! We were so well taken care of. We did notice some crazy table from Europe beside us They left $1 in tips and were extremely rude to the poor server who handled hersel
Highly recommended. Visited NY for a week and found this hidden gem in Soho. Staff were very welcoming and the food was really great. Love to come back!! PS : try to order the squid ink crab pasta and thank me later :)
Amazing experience!!! I went here with a couple of friends and treatment was great, the server was always attentive and the food… The food surprisingly looked and tasted on point, highly recommend. The vibe is a little vintage, but perfect for casual dinner and probably a first date! I will be re-
Excellent food and presentation. Waitress was very attentive but not obtrusive. My only minor complaint is the steward or manager was bumping the back of my chair as they set up tables. Tables kind of close - common for NYC
Aurora Soho is a hidden gem in the heart of New York City. The Italian cuisine is absolutely delightful, and the atmosphere is both cozy and elegant. The staff’s warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Aurora Soho for a taste of Italy in Soho!

Aurora SOHO offers upscale rustic vibes with upscale Italian cuisine that delivers. This isn't your traditional Italian restaurant, ditch the idea of a chicken Parm and embrace artichokes and rich fresh Bolognese. All in all the food was great, the service was a little slow.
An unassuming little Italian restaurant in Soho with serious taste. We arrived early for our reservation but that wasn't a problem for the manager, he quickly scanned the tables he had and found a cozy spot for us. Our server was polite and responsive as well quickly filling our water glasses. In th
Stopped by for lunch by myself. Great service, good food, fast and clean, fair prices. The bread was old though. I’m a big bread eater - so guys shouldn’t serve it like that. Either toast or grill it✨ Thank you will come back 😊
