To be honest for 99c I was extremely surprised that it is one of the bests oven pizza I ever had. I am craving it and would definitely go back especially for that price.
The bbq chicken is mouthwatering and the full size pizza price will blow your mind as well.
Could probably best describe it as what one should expect for a 99 cent slice.
I've had *bad* pizza. This was definitely NOT bad pizza- just an average, no frills, nothing especially special slice. I got a pie for $8- threw on some salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic from their seasonings "shakers" and was very satisfied. 🙂
Fast pizza. Very affordable and delicious. I love voming to this location when I come to Grand central train station since it's close and very tasty pizza.
Hands down the best $1 pizza slice I have had, medium crisp base and good chew. Unlike other one dollar pizza shops, they also only charge 50 cents per topping, so my pepperoni slice came out to be $1.50.
This shop is also frequented by people in suits working in midtown. As it is catchphrase goes, "beggars can be choosers".
If you want to have a great slice of pizza but only want to spend a $1 this is your place. Do note, it can take a few minutes since it is quite popular.
This is the best deal in Manhattan. Quick service, great slices for a buck. The $3.00 special cannot be beat. Two slices and a 12oz. soda for $3.00. The slice is a bit small but that is OK. Who really needs anything more? If you need more than buy another one for a buck. I reccomend this establishment and if you need to go out of your way to get here, do it. 👍👍
What is there not to like about this place? It’s cheap, the food is good and the staff are friendly. Love it! As you can see I put a little hot sauce on there, definitely a mild hot sauce but it tasted nice. I will be visiting again before I leave the city. Keep up the good work and see you soon.
A rel NY experience with cheap but good pizza. No tables but just chairs to sit briefly. The store is simple and straightforward. This place is in the city centre, very close to NY Public Library so you do your shopping and visit museums nearby then stop for a quick delicious pizza.
HEAR ME OUT! It's not trying to be pretentious. It's not trying to sell you something it's not. It's 99cent pizza! I came in expecting to spit it out but nah if you walk in at 2am drunk, a slice of the pepperoni sprinkled with peppers, Parmesan, and garlic...well it hits the spot!!! Way better than frozen pizza or Costco pizza. DiGiorgnos got nothing on 99cent pizza!
First NYC slice in over 20 years.
Way better than last time. Matter of fact, better than pizza in Missouri!
Yum yum yum 🤤 🍕 delicious pizza.
They have all the good stuff out too so you can top your pizza with garlic, parm, red pepper flakes and couple other things. Fast service & great prices. Very close to Central Park. Will visit again! Zero complaints.
