Blue Ribbon Sushi - New York City - Photo album

This sushi restaurant is phenomenal. Thankfully we got a table for two without a reservation. It was a Monday night and we were visiting SoHo and NoHo for the night. The appetizers, sushi, and dessert were excellent. It reminded us of a great sushi restaurant my daughter and I visited in Los Angeles
I went to eat with some friends and we received excellent service, the waitress was in charge of helping us with our order about which was the best sushi. The cooks welcomed us in a very pleasant way. We ordered sushi, my favorite was California roll and the dumplings were delicious.
Came here for a late lunch with a friend and had a great time. Luckily it wasn’t busy and the staff were super kind and attentive. We ordered a couple rolls and also the shumai. It was all very tasty
They have a few location in Manhattan. This is the Sullivan Street location between Spring Street and Prince Street. It’s located in the middle of the block and it’s in the basement part of the building. They have a little waiting room in the front. There are tables throughout the restaurant and in
One of the best sushi in town!! The service was unmatched. The only thing that’s tricky is that it’s a really small space so if you’re tall and curvy, it’s a bit uncomfy. They’re also not wheelchair accessible at all.
The best Japanese food we’ve had since in Japan. Sashimi was fresh and sushi rice was so well seasoned. All the dishes were authentic and service was excellent too. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely return.
The food is amazing. It is a bit crowded but not crushed. We ordered omakase, ie chefs choice. I tasted new and wonderful combinations. I can also recommend the spicy lobster roll.
Came in for lunch and service was great. Got seated early for our reservation and the sushi came out quickly. Cute place and they were busy...but not busy, if that makes sense. We ended up ordering a second round it was that good. Don't recall all the rolls we tried, but they were all good. Eve
Came here for dinner at 9pm on a Friday night and the place was at full capacity. You couldn’t get seated without a reservation. The decor was minimalistic Japanese and fit the vibe of the place perfectly. The food and service were also great! We got jasmine tea and it came in a clear glass with the
Interesting spread of selection. Great place to have sushi with friends!
Incredible food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. I truly enjoyed their crispy rice and spicy tuna was amazing!! What a wonderful place to meet with friends or date night.
Excellent sushi and service, felt authentic in every way. I haven’t had sushi this good since Tsukiji market in Tokyo. Menu is substantial, but they had a photo menu available that clearly shows what to expect from each item. Call me basic but when you pay this much for sushi, it’s nice to know w
We ordered the sashimi deluxe and spicy scallop rolls, they are delicious! We also got mochi ice cream for dessert, highly recommended! Not too sweet and the mochi skin is perfect :)
Be prepared to spend some $$$ ... but you definitely will get an amazing dining experience for your money. Everything was outstanding in quality and freshness, and the service was top-notch! If you are a connoisseur of Japanese sushi, then this is the place to splurge!
Great date spot. We showed up a little early for our reservation but they sat us immediately. Service was great and food came out in no time. We had miso to start which was 10/10 and sushi came once we were finishing. Everything was fresh and absolutely amazing. Oh and the green tea crème brûlée for
The Omakase here is so delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Consistently great quality of sushi. Selection of special cuts of fish very impressive (for example: Hokkaido Uni vs Maine Uni). Service was excellent and very knowledgeable of the different types of fish available. Very mindful of certain types of fish that you don't like and they will gladly subs
Cannot say enough good things about this place. Food is incredible. REAL sushi and beyond fresh. Everything we got was amazing. We have tried so many sushi spots and this is by far one of the best. Small place but very homey. Zou, our server, was so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be coming back
Unbelievably good sushi in a cool, small restaurant space. Great for a date or for dinner with friends.
