Ordered 2 bec one with ketchup and other without. Told 20 minutes for pickup go in and stand around for another 10. Cheese not melted and ketchup on both. No ketchup means no ketchup. Great way to run a business.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese which only had one egg , 2 pieces of bacon and the cheese wasn't melted . Bought a snapple with my meal and was charged over $7 . If im spending $7 ona meal atleast put another egg and make sure the cheese is melted .

Every time I decide “maybe I’ll give them another shot”, they put me on hold for a unreasonably long time. I live right across the street but would rather drive 20 minutes to another deli just to get a breakfast sandwich. Place sucks
They removed the $5 minimum I believe. Or at least for me since I’m military? Idk. Overall great food by great people.
UPDATE as of 5/2021: The establishment is under new ownership and what a difference! The staff is pleasant and the food was good. The orders were taken correctly and asked if everything was to our liking. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Miracle Bagels!
