Don't expect freshly made french fries or hash browns. I frequent this McDonalds and since I'm a vegetarian I don't eat any of the meat products. During lunch rush two days ago, I waited 20 minutes, for fries that were old and soggy. Today in drive through I was told to pull ahead and wait for "hot and fresh" hash browns at breakfast. I ordered 4. They gave me 1 hot and fresh hash brown, and 3 hash browns that were so old I couldn't eat them. Zero consistency. I don't want "immediate" poor quality food. I want fast and FRESHLY made food.

Food was just ok. Luke warm burger on a stale bun. When a person asks politely for " light salt" meaning less, on an order of fries, it would be nice if they accomdated. Very expensive eating at a fast food joint these days, please make the order as a customer requests. This McDonald's varies from good to mediocre. It's the luck of the draw on what you will experience.

Constant problems with drive thru. Prices going up quality going down.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese... Got home and it was a single.
Another time it was raw in the middle.
Called to complain and they expect you want to drive back to get coupons. When gas is over $4 a gallon.
Just refunding the price of the meal back to the card I paid with is appearantly never an option.

Their website literally says 5am all week but I just called them and the woman said they don’t open till 6… it was literally confirmed by the business 4 weeks ago that they open at 5.. very unsatisfied considering I just drove 20 minutes to get McDonald’s for breakfast

20 minutes in drive thru and only 3 cars move forward! Lobby closes at 1pm Monday thru Friday! What kind of business you running not being able to perform properly and to think you can keep performing poorly and not communicating with your customers! 840pm at night in a small town.

I'm seriously over this McDonald's. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Sometimes they don't just mess it up just once, when I go back to get it fixed and go home it's still not right!

Recently I noticed the quality of the food go down, even for McDonald’s standards. I’ve been getting cold burgers and warm drinks.

I would give it 4.5 if I could. I got a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was AMAZING! I also got some fries. They were somewhat pale. Not the best fries I've had, but not the worst.
