Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant is quite clean and there’s plenty seating available. The 2 ladies are coordinating their work very effectively. They are very friendly. Meatball sub and tuna sub are both good. Their tuna sub is as good as the ones from Jimmy john’s. This location is very close to a beach entrance. Grab a sub and eat on the beach. 4 stars.

Upon opening the door, we were quickly greeted and ready to be served. My wife and I noticed that it was very clean for it being rush hour. We had a very pleasant interaction with the staff. I only wish Subway would bring back their peanut-butter cookies. I understand why the were removed...just miss those awesome cookies.

I try real hard to not criticize. But first there was a complete disconnect with warm welcoming customer service. I asked for the fresh lettuce waiting to be swapped because the lettuce in the container was turning brown. The man, I am guessing the manager, swapped it out. Then my daughter who asked for lettuce the girl swapped back to the container with the turning brown lettuce with full attitude on her face. My child didn't care and I refused to start our vacation that way but ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And just because I didn't say anything then did NOT make it ok. Very disappointed with the service. Food was good enough.

We pulled in to get a sub before our stop to the beach and there was a sign that was posted saying their store hours would be closing at 5pm due to shortage of staff and it was a little after 3pm. When I pulled on the door to open it was when I realized the door was locked but I saw an older man and a woman inside coming out of a back area. The old man just kept waving us to go away and I said it’s not 5pm but he kept waving us away so we took our business to Publix. Honestly I wouldn’t even support this run down and rude establishment. It really looks bad and unkept. Take your business elsewhere because they obviously don’t want it nor do they care about retaining new or old customers. Worst and I mean the worst Subway I have ever been to!!

Poorly run, staff is a disaster. Been to this location many times and there is always an issue. Last time I went, the staff(2 people) put a sign on the door stating they would be back in 10 minutes. They were out back taking a smoke break. Would've left if not for my kid. Go next door to Publix for your next sub. Done with that place.

Asked for a spicy Italian sub. First they tried to convince me white loaf was white Italian bread. Then I was asked what meat. I told them what ever that type of sub is made with. I was then told I had to pick the meats. When I asked the what type of a particular meat was I was told it was cold cut. At checkout I was charged an extra three dollars because I choose certain meats. Worse sub experience I have ever had. I recommend you walk over to the Publix for a sub.
