This is the best restaurant in new roc. Do not get fool by the outside appearance, because the food and costumer service is amazing.!
I absolutely love this place The food is amazing they've got such great hot dogs burgers and rotisserie chicken as well as the number of other things. It's great to eat there at the counter to call in your order to pick up to go I have never gone wrong eating there. The city of New Rochelle on the other hand doesn't care what they do to people's businesses when they do construction in front of it it's hard to get to his restaurant now due to the construction and Lord only knows when they'll finish cuz we all know construction workers like to take their sweet time to get as much money as they can. It might take a little bit of extra time to get there but it's so worth it please support this local business The food is amazing.
A nice effort of a chili dog. The chili is more of a spices than actual chili. Was very hungry waiting for a train, so it was a nice fill while waiting. They grilled everything fresh and in front of you, which is nice. Cheap and decently priced. Staff was friendly.
As a huge fan of hidden gems and hole-in-the-walls, I'm happy that downtown New Rochelle has it's own at Chili Dog! Nothing beats sitting down at the counter for hot crispy fries and a savory chili cheese dog. 10/10
Never knew I was a weenie lover until I stepped foot inside this restaurant. Jose is the owner and this guy is full of friendliness and excitement!
I have a habit of ordering the same dish when I visit, here it is:
2 sausages with sauerkraut
1 order of French fries
1 salad
1 iced tea.
They have about 6 different types of hot sauce from extremely flavorful and mild, all the way to the brain sizzler.

Chili Dog is a great little spot! Have been coming here 5 years. Taste is great! Family owned and operated. I love the chicken it is so juicy - it is NEVER DRY, like other rotisserie places.
The owner is super nice, and always wants to make sure I have what I ordered. The fries and the salad with the whole chicken combo is a good deal. Thank you Chili Dog for being so awesome!!
Went yesterday and it was amazing!! I had gotten the chili cheese dog with fries and a 1/4 pollo with rice with a coke to go along with it. Came out to be $18 something which is actually really fairly price. Loved it can not wait to go back! The chili was amazing just to say had a different flavor and had a little spicy kick which was really good too.
Love their food! Their rice and roasted chicken is amazing. I actually catered from here and everyone raved about the food. There's been nothing that wasn't good on their menu.
They make the best rotisserie chicken with rice and beans around. I'd recommend that with their delicious fries or salad as a combination. Their chili is also very tasty. I go here at least once a month, even during the pandemic

Absolutely lives up to the reviews on here- the bomb.

the 5 stars are for the chicken & rice - this is my go to place for rotisserie chicken. the flavor is great and it is always cooked just right. the yellow rice & beans is also delicious. this is a hole in the wall sized place and I only go there for take out. I tried a small sample of the chili that taste good but it was way too spicy for me - and I like spicy food! love the green sauce too. The chicken is more expensive than your supermarket or Costco but well worth it if you want something really special...there is no parking in front on North Ave - I go around the corner on Garden where there is a public lot - 25 cents for a half hour
I love this place! A wonderful spot for a quick bite or a full meal, I happy their doors are still open during the pandemic. If your hungry for a good meal I suggest the 1/4 chicken and rice meal, with extra green sauce!
