Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and drink back in July. Order was delivered without the drink. When I asked the delivery driver where the drink was he replied…oh yeah, it does doesn’t it. Decided to get credit to my account, but never received it. Took on good faith and ordered today. 1 pizza...called to see if my pizza was on its way almost 1.5 hours after order placed. They answered and they never started the order. Said they lost the ticket. My pepperoni lovers pizza is only half and half cheese.

Ugh. Where to begin. I ordered at 5:30, got called 20 minutes later saying they didn't have a delivery driver so I had to come pick it up. Showed up by 6 when it was supposed to be delivered by, and it still wasn't even ready. Honesty this particular store really cannot get out of their own way. After the previous order screw up I'm done. I hate to say it but frozen pizza will be my pizza of choice for as long as I live in New Roads. Btw, I order at 5:30 and it's 20 after 6 and I'm still waiting. Edit: called the district manager but really no resolution happened, and then after I got home found out the marinara sauce for the bread sticks was ice cold. A nice little punch in the face to end out a fantastically horrible experience.

Terrible service. Every time I place an order they call me and say they aren’t delivering. It’s gotten so bad that now I call to ask if they are delivering and they say yes so I go and place my order. They then call me after I place the order and say they aren’t delivering?! I have even ordered a pizza and the delivery driver showed up and said they forgot my pizza.. how? Worst service possible.
