Consistently happens! Ordered a coffee on the app…just a plain Pike coffee, extremely simple order! App says pickup will be ready at 10:15. Get to the store at 10:15, no coffee. They’re making lots of very sophisticated drinks that take a few minutes each, and drive thru gets serviced very expedient
Drinks always taste great. Drive thru usually moves pretty fast even when the line is wrapped around the building (and it often is!)
They didn't have what I wanted.. but that was ok I got my normal dragon fruit refresher.. and it was AMAZING!! way better than my normal starbucks I go to.. yes I got the same thing two different ways in two hours!!

I drove across town to deliver $40 worth of food to this store, and was given NO tip. Anyone who has worked in food service or delivery should understand that tips are ESSENTIAL to justify working in these fields. I am thoroughly unimpressed. Have a nice day.
