Very cool concept. You pick from an assortment of "flatbreads" already made. They heat in an oven. Sold by the weight so you choose the size and amount you want (allowing you to try a wide variety). We loved Bonci in Rome and we are thrilled to have them in New Orleans. We went the first day and bought enough pizza to last several days. So many delicious combinations. And the crust is, of course, amazing.
The crust was fantastic and the topping were really good. We got the spicy octopus, 'nduja, and mushroom/sausage. The spicy octopus was my favorite but they were all great.
