The food was cold and obviously not fresh. They new thing is making sure your fries are hot and fresh but the rest of the food must not matter. My nuggets were cold to the touch. My burger was thrown together and my fries were hot.

I hope the owners see this. Your store is ran by employees that do not care about your store! They make people wait in line for anywhere from 35-50 minutes to get their food! This is ridiculous business practice. You should seriously look into hiring new employees. Especially the manager. Management
