Kicked off our weekend in NOLA at Freddie's Chicken & Waffles! We ordered shrimp and grits and the seafood omelette. Absolutely delicious! Best shrimp and grits i ever had in my lifetime!! The owner stopped by our table, nice touch and Kareem was an excellent server!!!! Excellent food and service 🙌!

On lunch break we went specifically for chicken and waffles and were surprised to find options of toppings. We chose strawberries and chocolate chip. Has has a good atmosphere and friendly service. We were in and out with an exactly an hour.
This place was a good breakfast stop while in N.O. The owner himself makes himself available to help out they staff and made it a point to speak with every table that was occupied at the time. Food definitely met the standards. Only thing I would like to see is a few more menu options. 5 stars from
