Doson Noodle House - New Orleans - Photo album

Found this place by accident and we were hungry so we stopped to eat. So glad we did! The crab Rangoon pieces were way bigger than I’ve seen before and pretty sure they were homemade, not frozen. Lemongrass tofu with vermiculite noodles was fantastic if you are vegetarian. You could tell all the veg
Doson knows how to cook a diverse range of Vietnamese food. Some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend the dishes and food there
The place looks nice and clean, comfortable tables and seats, but the reception wasn't so good, not so friendly when I ask how he was doing, butof course not obligated to answer, 4 star because of that, Customer service always first!
I love Doson Noodle house. I love the orange chicken and the fried rice is immaculate. I normally don’t wait longer than 20 mins for my order. The portion size for myself is enough to eat all in one sitting or bring it home for some late dinner..my favorites are the orange chicken and rice though.
My waitress recommended the pepper shrimp and it was AMAZING. I also has the spring roll which hit the spot. The service is a little slow here, but its because everything was made fresh. Definitely making a plan to come back.
I have never eaten inside but take out ALL THE TIME. They have the best veggie dishes!! Everything is fresh and doesn’t taste super greasy. The vegetable soup is always a comfort option, if you’re feeling sick or down. The broth is delicious and the veggies are all fresh. Additionally, the lemongras
Nice quiet place with excellent food. Server was very friendly and took good care of us. The shrimp with vegetables had a very tasty sauce and it was not too salty. The Com Ga was really good as well.
I used to eat here a lot 12 years ago before I moved away. I just moved back and was so happy to see that covid and Ida didn't shut them down. The food is stellar. Incredible flavors and textures, always hot a fresh, no matter if you're getting pho, orange chicken, or appetizers. The steamed buns a
No frills place with very attentive service and solid viet fare. A tad expensive and a relatively small menu that skews towards more American- friendly dishes (e.g., orange chicken) but a solid spot if you need a viet fix and are in the area. (I am Vietnamese fwiw!)
This is some of the best pho I've ever had! Service is great and fast. My husband and I have become quick regulars.
Great food & service although it's a little expensive
Food is great. Service however was terrible. I tiped her only 5 dollars sence she acted like she was bother by my presence. Im comming back to eat here again. Hope shes doing great and hope i get a different server.
We have our go-to Vietnamese places but wanted to try something new. Menu was simple with a good selection, and there were brunch and dinner sizes for times of day. Jasmine tea is the best I've had in the city, not watery which was awesome. Loved the coffee, it seems a lot of the Vietnamese places a
This place is so delicious! Would recommend 100%!! The Chinese girl that works there was an excellent waiter, she came and checked on me many times and made sure I had the best service. I will be a regular!
Amazing food! The Black Pepper Shrimp, Pho, Spring Rolls etc. I have not had anything that was not delicious! Don’t forget the Glass Noodles!
