Mr. Bubbles Cafe makes bahn mi sandwiches seem effortless. Their ingredients are crisp, fresh, and mix together deliciously. Delicious! I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and the passionfruit green tea. Both were amazing and so good. They serve 32oz as a large which is so much! But it is so good it was gone nearly as fast as a smaller drink!
This place for sure has deliciously yummy authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. If you're in the mood for Vietnamese iced coffee or want to try one for the first time, I highly suggest to get it from here. I will certainly be getting my Vietnamese iced coffee here whenever I'm in the area.
Unique healthy options! I had many poboys in life and this was my first lemongrass vegan poboy! Really, it was great with a unique flavor. Also like the various tea options too. I will be back! Of course they keep it N.O. Style with the king cakes too!
Amazing tofu banh mi! Would not recommend the mango smoothie with tapioca (was from concentrate). The brown sugar milk tea with tapioca was better.
Omg the avocado smoothie is SO good! As a Californian, I’ve had a lot of bubble tea, and the marker of a good one is the texture of boba, and these are perfect. Absolutely recommend.
Considering location and inflation, very reasonably priced. Good food. Left a star off because if you’re dining in, the seats are uncomfortable.

Im a fan of the smoothies especially the avacado...dont knock it before you try it its a must try even if you dont like avacado it will surprise you....and if you keep track of you buying them you get a free one after 10
Very good, fresh food here. Took a friend from out of town here the other day and she adored it. The banh mi bo kho is absolutely delicious. Also recommend the pork springrolls!

1st experience today at this particular location and it was Great!! I love Bubble Tea Smoothies!! On and out quick service!! Now I've got to try some of their good eats!! 🥑 Avocado Bubble Tea Smoothie is my FAVORITE!!!!!!
