I don't usually go for chicken strips with my chicken and Waffles but these were awesome. The cheese grits had the right texture, not too runny, closer to the thick side but still good...filling, will hold you til lunch

This is now called Cajun Cookery, and it is awesome. If you're staying at Embassy suites, check this place out.
