Bayou Bistro - New Orleans - Photo album

One of the most authentic, down to earth places that you could visit for both good food and good company! Will, our server is a warm, kind-hearted and lively individual that will not bs or oversell you on anything. He recommended us the gumbo, seafood fettuccine, and our new favourite drink— the Bay
Very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. My daughter had Cajun shrimp pasta and it was also excellent. We will definitely make this place a must stop through on our next visit to NOLA 🤌🏽❤️✌🏿
This place is ABSOLUTELY a must visit when in New Orleans. Melissa, our waitress was so sweet and the service overall was the best we’ve experienced in the city so far. And the food…. I don’t have the words… JUST GO TRY IT! Really authentic and soulful stuff, great small business that deserves your
I received a sample of seafood gumbo and crawfish bisque. It was good. This place is nowhere near as crowded as the creole restauraunt next door, but the food is definitly good. The redfish Ponchatrain aas delicious and the crab cakes has a crawfish decoration between them. Still sucked the head
Very good fried chicken! One of my favorite spots for fried chicken in NOLA. The staff were all extremely nice and I also really liked the BBQ shrimp appetizer.
Great food! We enjoyed everything we had. The crayfish bisque is to DIE FOR. "Slap your mama good" to quote our server, Alvin. He was charming, funny, and gave us great recommendations. He also kindly taught me how to eat the boiled crayfish we ordered! (We were visiting the city and state from Onta
Bayou Bistro is absolutely wonderful. The food is made with love. We were so impressed with the staff. Our waiter was so helpful and we even met the owner and chef. Check them out!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
Nice ladies behind the bar! They were real busy when we came (during Mardi Gras) so food took a little bit but it was worth it! Great seafood dip. Removed 2 stars because we ordered 2 bloody marys and 1 beer, but were given 3 bloody marys. They then got the beer and told my sister to drink the 3rd
Best BBQ shrimp in town, but don't tell the uptown folks that! The crawfish bisque was fantastic y'all. The seafood cheese dip was delicious too. Found a new gem in midcity! Service was good as well, thanks for letting me hang out!
Food was absolutely delicious! We had the fried oysters and the shrimp fettuccine, so good! Will, our server was delightful, so friendly and attentive and gave us excellent recommendations, made us feel right at home! 10/10 will come back.
Great food!!!!! Friendly staff. I'm in St. Louis still thinking about the delicious food. Praying for New Orleans and the great people I met at Bayou Bistro.
We got the creole jambalaya, chicken tenders, and Mac 'n Cheese and it was all amazing!!! It was served in styrofoam bc of covid, but definitely recommend!
