Capt Sal's Seafood & Chicken Box - New Orleans - Photo album

So everything here is made to order which was impressive. There was a bit of a wait because of that but it was worth it because the food was good. I got the catfish po boy, praline pie, and the chicken wings. The food portions were amazingly satisfying. The food tastes good. I thought I was going to
Amazing local food markets. They have very good prices for the seafood and I was amazed by how they had the snow crabs….
Capt. Sal's Seafood is one of my favorite seafood stores. The boiled Dungeness crabs are not just sitting out. They sort of boil them to order, thus when you get them in the bag, you can see the steam. The red beans and rice are surprisingly excellent! The po'boys are filling on good bread. The pri
I really and truly love this place they’ve reasonable price so I’m saying to say this my Fam so come down it’s like it’s Hot outside 😘
Food was great this is the best gumbo in the area. What the scenery lacks, the food makes up for.
This place is spectacular! The food is incredible, it tastes like real home cooked comfort food, with excellent flavor, prices are great and the service is so fast. I highly recommend this stopping in for a bite
Capt. Sal’s Seafood & Chicken was recommended to us so we decided to stop by and try their food. The crawfish did not disappoint and it was delicious! We placed a to go order as we were to start driving to our next vacation spot. Before we arrived to our next destination we had finish all of the cra
No frills joint serves excellent seafood po'boys & more. What the ambiance lacks, the food makes up for.
We were referred to Sal's cause a joint a little over a mile away stopped serving craw. The crawfish was delicious, and they were huge - full of meat! We wanted to hit up Sal's before heading back home (MN), but they didn't open until after noon. If I were to come back to NOLA - it would be for the
Crawfish was good. Shrimp wasn't season, no taste. Cinnamon Roll was great. I didn't take any pics, I was ready to eat.
5 stars when I could visit. I miss this place. Im no longer in NOLA but yalls shrimp was boiled to perfection. I loved this on my way to work.
When crawfish is out of season I always know they will have it and I know it will be good.
This place took the cake for having the best seafood in terms of flavor, quality, and authenticity. The Captain Combo was by far the homerun hitter here (sometimes you gotta venture out the city and go the cut to get some great eats) and I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and the porti
One of a few places still accepting ebt for crawfish. I go here for the oysters. Capt. Sal's has always fried the best oysters in my opinion. This spot is in the upper 9 and can be shady looking at times with people hanging around. Nice staff.
I always have top service and good food..
Didn't even realize that they sold seafood by the pound to go. . I actually went in to see what they had on the lunch menu... I had shrimp fried rice and boneless chicken and a coworker had sweet and sour chicken with boneless rice. What I like best about the place is they sell boiled seafood. If yo
