Satsuma Maple - New Orleans - Photo album

We had a very nice walk from Tulane here and had an incredible breakfast. Very tasty and an awesome orange juice with ginger and cayenne!
My daughter and I ate here for breakfast. Really great atmosphere with a wrap around outdoor patio. It's all about the biscuits here! I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was very good! The biscuit is buttery and perfectly baked. All very reasonable prices for the quality of food. I didn't
Friendly, great environment and food was fabulous. We had brunch, with delicious mimosas made from freshly squeezed orange juice. Melt in your mouth pancakes, awesome breakfast sandwich, baked goods were top notch (that coarse sea salt- really next level). I suggest you get there early, but the wait
Really nice cafe, great coffee, they have an espresso machine and made a great latte with proper textured milk. The pancakes were really good too.
My son & I met friends for brunch here. He had a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant (yeah, original) & I had green eggs & ham. It was delicious. The fresh squeezed orange juice was also amazing! I would recommend this cool little spot to anyone!
Very good lunch specials, friendly waitstaff, interesting art.
Visiting for the weekend, took our Blue Bikes for a ride and ended up here. Awesome spot Uptown on Maple - interior is spacious with seating outside. Line moves fast and tables seemed to also turn over quickly. We ate here BOTH Saturday and Sunday! We shared the two eggs / sausage/ sourdough p
Everything we had was tasty and food came out quick! Just one gripe I have is the amount of salmon given us barely enough for a quarter of a usual lox bagel šŸ™ the herbed cream cheese was yummy
Food came out quickly. So yummy. We had a bagel, green eggs and ham, and the avocado toast. All very tasty and satisfying, but not too heavy. They have a variety of coffee (regular, espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and some pastries too. My sandwich was on a croissant (you can choose your bread)
Food is dialed in try the specials offered posted on door daily. Fresh orange juiceā€™s squeezed on location the best. Coffee superb and my go to. Outside seating a bonus in the local neighborhood. Tipsā€¦ order before you sit, menus on door outside and inside with the specials for the day. Been a patr
Great little cafe with delicious breakfast sandwiches. The lavender lemonade was so good I had to go back for a refill.
Satsuma is our regular weekend breakfast Spot. We go for the specials that are always fantastic. Annie is an excellent server and always provides great service.
This was the cutest cafe. The cashier was extremely kind and helpful, and ready to answer any questions, to help you have the best experience possible. The atmosphere was calm, and the food was amazing with ingredients that were incredibly fresh. Definitely worth the stop!!
Fantastic Breakfast couldn't ask for more Friendlier staff. A great out of the way place for family. The blueberry muffins are a must.
I love the menu! Perfect modern day time neighborhood cafe. Do you all use seed oils?
Beat the hearty brunch crowd here on a Saturday (1045am arrival) ....quality food/ingredients and reasonable prices make this a staple for Tulane students and the neighborhood as well. Mexican breakfast plate, beautiful sandwiches, and freshly squeezed juices are on point, but the shrimp creole brun
The coffee here is great. The food is solid, and I recommend the black bean burger and the green eggs and ham sandwich. I'll get the pulled pork with an egg on it, on a croissant. Super good.
I've been a customer of Satsuma Cafe for a little over four years. Every time I have a fun weekend in the city I cap it off with the best brunch in town. The menu contains calorie dense hangover food along with healthier fare for the health conscious. I recommend the mexican breakfast plate for a pe
Breakfast at Satsuma Cafe was absolutely delicious!! We ordered two specials, the banana coconut mousse pancake and strawberry French toast with a sour cream. Everything on the menu was affordable and the wait time for the food was very quick. The breakfast restaurant had a hippie feel to it and has
