This place has delicious food, friendly and accommodating staff and in my opinion, it flies under the radar. It's the type of unique place that when it's not too busy it still feels like a good vibe and when it's busy the space doesn't get too noisy. Great seafood, great portions, and they know how
This is a beautiful place to have dinner.y husband and I went for our 3 years anniversary as well as his birthday and we had a ball. Our waitress was very helpful. Very authentic atmosphere, food and staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ definitely affordable and great recommendations 😊😊😊
The warm carrot cake was delicious. I enjoyed the flavors of jambalaya, gumbo, and red beans with rice. And the honey old-fashioned drink was just right.
Food was really good! I'm a local and I appreciated the creative twists on traditional NOLA dishes. The voodoo oysters were amazing! The gumbo pot was great and so was the crawfish spoonbread (which was basically dressing). I also enjoyed the cinnamon beignets.
Food was delicious and packed with flavors and were beautifully presented. The staff were super friendly. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we left satisfied. The ambiance struck a perfect balance that’s just right - not rowdy but with a touch of sophistication.
My family and I had a great meal here. We had oysters and the chicken and waffles. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our server (his name escapes me) was friendly and knowledgeable. Great environment to watch the college world series.
The hostess and seating experience set an unfortunate tone from the start. It was 1:00 in afternoon and we wanted some oysters and to sit at a table by the window, of which most were open. Hostess sat us in the back at a large booth. I asked for a table by the window..she mumbled something about
We ate here several days in a row and the food is delicious! Ask for Tony, he is a wonderful server, very friendly, observant and great service! The redfish St. Charles, the gumbo and the charbroiled oysters are to die for.
We haven’t stayed in the hotel but visited this place for breakfast twice in a row. We stopped because of beignets and I admit they are the best in the whole NOLA. We took a portion of regular and mine ones, regular were better and richer in flavour. Also tried Elvis Burger - unusual mix of peanut b
Tacklebox is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans. Their oysters are unbeatable, shucked fresh in front of you. The staff is incredibly friendly, and their donut balls with cinnamon are simply divine! Highly recommend trying the mini ones, theyre perfect with a morning coffee
This review is for Charles the bartender. We came in for a late evening dinner and dessert. Was told we would have to wait an hour. Hostess was not to friendly. As we was leaving Charles stopped us, invited us to sit at the bar he was working, found us stools was very accommodating. The service he
We all liked the Alligator poppers! The food overall was good and tasty! My redfish with crawfish sauce was good but not really any crawfish in the sauce. The service was excellent the atmosphere is very nice!
02-04-2023 Stopped by Legacy Kitchen's Tacklebox in New Orleans this evening for a nice pre-gig meal today. As I arrived, I was greeted by many smiles and was quickly escorted to the bar area. (Which is always my preferred option when eating out.) The bartender was busy, but greeted me and I was
I really liked this place, and would go back. It had a friendly staff. Just had a little breakfast and Cafe at last coffee. Temperature of food and drink great, good walking distance to a lot of things, clean atmosphere, nice menu selection.
Charbroild Oysters were great, so was fish with mushroom sauce & service was excellent
We had a relaxing breakfast. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Our server, Sanique, was fabtastic! She was engaging, informative and funny! The food was great and atmosphere was great too. I had the "Elvis - The King" burger and thoroughly enjoyed it!my Juicifer IPA was delivered ice cold!
Where to begin! The food was simply fantastic. We had the voodoo shrimp, shrimp and grits and the shrimp scampi 🍤! The service was amazing from the young lady that greeted us to our triple threat server Brian to all servers and leadership that passed our table! Just an amazing experience from start
