Magasin Vietnamese Cafe - New Orleans - Photo album

Absolutely delicious food with great friendly service - a real family feel. It was just the time of day I went that meant it was fairly low on atmosphere, the place was charming and the potential for a bustling ambience. That said it was exactly what I was after.
Amazing, always fresh. I go here to eat every time I stay at the Hyatt. The veggie soup below was amazing as was the spring rolls. I removed all the tofu from the soup because I forgot to tell them I didn’t want it. They do an amazing job at serving their customers with a really great meal and it
I had a coworker tell me about this place and along a day trip being a tourist in my own city near Oak St. was eager to give it a try. Our host, server/bartender Sophie, or Sophia, was very welcoming, good spirited, punctual, and professional. We were the only guests at the time, so everything came
Our second time here. First time, in August 2022, the experience was excellent - service, drinks, food - all perfect. This time the service was lacking, perhaps the wait staff was new but they weren’t familiar with the menu or drinks, the service was slow, and there were a few errors with our order.
We had some great food here! They serve small street food dishes, larger dishes and soups. All very good. Also, their cocktails are nice and plentiful. We're definitely coming back here.
Top notch Vietnamese food in a hip and modern setting. The corn dish might be the best corn I've ever had. This spot is a gem.
The best crawfish I've ever had anywhere! We have been to many restaurants in Louisiana and Houston and it tops every single one. The best sauce! So good that we had to take some home. If you like spice I highly suggest the fiery cajun. You can tell this sauce was made with love and fine ingredients
No frills Vietnamese restaurant that served as a welcome change from all the Creole food that we had been enjoying. The pho broth was rich without being too salty and the vermicelli bowl was good as well. Service was attentive and polite. It closes at 8, so good for lunch or plan for an early dinner
Came here the other night with my parents. They didn't have crawfish unfortunately so I got the blue crab instead! Was very tasty with very nice flavour. My parents got the blackened catfish and pho both were delicious and good portions. Would recommend!
Great little restaurant in the CBD that we frequent when we're stuck in the office and have to do a work lunch. The food always is the perfect temperature. Great to the taste. Very cost efficient. And timely. This time around, they took the time, at our directivenof course, to separately label all
Food was good, but I guess I expected more. The grill shrimp spring rolls were ok, the shrimp didn't taste like they were grilled, and it had lots of nice green lettuce but not much noodles. Also the noodles didn't taste like rice noodles. Overall, the food was ok.
Place is also known as mukbang. The food is pretty good at this place and their pork bah mi won best Poboy at the poboy fest. Lots of choices, with many seafood options. Their mukbang sauce is delicious as well, highly recommend it. The service is ok, but not stellar. The atmosphere is significantly
Crawfish boil and broken rice dish with green beans and avocado was delicious. We opted for the Mukbang seasoning which had the perfect amount of spice. The broken rice was a sticky rice dish with tons of flavor. (just a tad salty) The restaurant had vintage posters and lovely decor. We’ve been wan
Outstanding spot for a banh mi in the Warehouse District. The grilled pork is incredibly tasty and not only is it good on the banh mi but the spring rolls as well. Prices are extremely reasonable here, the staff is friendly, and the Vietnamese coffee is excellent. They were not open on weekends as o
Wonderful family owned place with amazing food. A tad expensive but the quality is worth it if you’re looking for that type of meal. Decent beer and liquor selection but nothing special and nothing under $6. However, the crawfish were large and in charge. Highly recommend for a different flavor tha
This was great, pho is lightly salted and perfect in flavor. I had the Shrimp Pho which wasn't on the menu but they made it for me. The other dish was stir fry pork noodle it was hot and sweet. The spring rolls could use a bit more meat and price is fair due to the area in which its in.
Came here on a not too busy Saturday afternoon. Got seated immediately and food came out 5 minutes after we ordered. I got the pho combo - the broth was a bit sweet but still very flavorful and delicate. The rest of my family enjoyed their rice and noodle dishes. Nice quiet place for tourists to rec
