Cellardoor - New Orleans - Photo album

One of the finest places in town to enjoy a few cocktails off the beaten path in a intimate authentic setting. I recommend arriving for the 4-6pm week day happy hour to have your pick of seating and $8 classic cocktails. The small platea were interesting amd well executed, although the redfish left
Great restaurant tucked away in an alley in the financial district. The interior is warm and inviting, making the dinner a relaxing experience. Went in for happy hour followed up by dinner. Started with a Boulevardier, a rye whisky drink and the went to my favorite, an old fashioned. Next, I had th
Such a fun, laid back bar/restaurant in a gorgeous building that is quintessentially NOLA, previously housing a brothel. Such interesting history! Chic decor, chill music and excellent staff. You MUST try the fried oysters! Bold taste and meaty texture made them some of the best oysters I've ever ha
We didn’t even have a full meal here but it turned out to be one of our favorite places so far. If you eat only one thing in New Orleans, let it be their Crawfish Mac and Cheese. Served piping hot in a skillet, its ooey gooey goodness will burn into your memory. Their citrus salad is epic, as are th
Cozy atmosphere with a fantastic ambiance. Great happy hour specials for their specialty cocktails with a small beer offering as well. Staff is extremely courteous and attentive to patron's needs. Small patio area outside for when the weather is on point!
A well appointed historical building with classic New Orleans charm. Off the usual path it gives a quiet evening in the usually busy downtown. The friendly staff bring life to your meal and the small menu is on point with each of their offerings. An excellent beer list and eclectic cocktails.
This was a wonderful surprise! The food was exceptional. The service was great. The menu changes frequently so I'm not sure recommending anything specific will do any good but my group tried just about everything on the menu and I tried it all and loved it!
Stumbled upon this gem on accident, late in our trip, unfortunately. Kelly and Artie were behind the bar and we had such a great time! The cocktails were fantastic, they were both super friendly and knowledgeable. We learned the history behind some of the local cocktails, and got some great suggesti
The bar and atmosphere and people we all unique and fantastic. We tried several of the apps and the drinks, all were fun and interesting and delicious. The Ramos Gin Fizz and the duck ham were 2 items that I will not forget. Kelly and John were so fun and nice I loved it and they made us feel lik
Hidden entrance through an alleyway. 7-seat bar flanked by an backyard patio and a colonial bricked room. Noise level is moderate with a full house. No drafts, but has a variety of local & national craft beers. The octopus appetizer is one of the best; it's meaty, tender & broiled to perfection.
