This was a repeat stop. My friend and I had been here a few years ago and wanted to stop again with his sister and brother-in-law so they can see what a nice place it was. I mainly come here for cocktails on the patio or on the porch. A very nice place to sit and have a cocktail or coffee. The inside is a spectacular place to meet friends and have a drink if it's not great outside. Parking out front can be a little difficult on the weekends.
Stopped by for happy hour. Nice deals on drinks. Sit on the patio and watch the street car and the world go by. The location is hard to beat.

I used to live in NOLA and the Columns bar was one of my go-to happy hour spots. I loved it then because I was in grad school and the location along with cheap happy hour drinks perfectly fit my lifestyle. I visited again recently and was so impressed with the remodeling and bar food/drink upgrade.
