Columns - New Orleans - Photo album

This is a beautiful, historic 1883 home turned hotel on St. Charles Ave. with lots of gorgeous architectural details. We come here to enjoy drinks and small plates on the porch or in one of the parlors/lounges. We've been here on a few occasions with sometimes 10-20 people, and the last two times, w
Went here with friends (whose family has been coming here for generations) for happy hour. We had great service and a wonderful time outside and in bar. This hotel is set in a beautiful neighborhood, too
This was a repeat stop. My friend and I had been here a few years ago and wanted to stop again with his sister and brother-in-law so they can see what a nice place it was. We said on the front porch in the service was excellent with great food and drinks. You look definitely a great stop Not too far
I mainly come here for cocktails on the patio or on the porch. A very nice place to sit and have a cocktail or coffee. The inside is a spectacular place to meet friends and have a drink if it's not great outside. Parking out front can be a little difficult on the weekends.
Stopped by for happy hour. Nice deals on drinks. Sit on the patio and watch the street car and the world go by. The location is hard to beat.
Had a business meeting there in the lobby. Old World New Orleans. Such historic value. The bar area is spectacular. I did not stay there; I live locally. It's a great location for meeting friends for a drink.
Andromeda is an incredible server. They went above and beyond to make sure we met our time crunch without feeling rushed. Absolutely worth visiting and spending an evening here.
This hotel is really nice. I love the dark woodwork and antiques. You feel like you have stepped back in time. The location is great. Close to many restaurants and shops along Magazine street. The trolley stop is close by. My only gripe was that they had an event for 3 of the 4 nights I was there th
Wonderful garden area for eating a late lunch. Outdoor fire pits. Calm and inviting. Great good. Welcoming.
Great spot for dinner! I came here with friends and we enjoyed the experience immensely. Food was fresh and delicious, cocktails were spot-on, and the service was immaculate. The ambiance is classy but not stuffy. We sat outside but the interior is also unique and beautiful. After dinner, we walked
One of our party was on a journey into the past and recalled going to The Columns for Happy Hour with a bad spousal memory decades ago. We needed to erase and replace those memories. Some of our party are regrettably into adult seltzer beverages and the HH menu had them on it with a side shot. We w
I used to live in NOLA and the Columns bar was one of my go-to happy hour spots. I loved it then because I was in grad school and the location along with cheap happy hour drinks perfectly fit my lifestyle. I visited again recently and was so impressed with the remodeling and bar food/drink upgrade.
They say you can leave your heart in a city. I say, “You can find it!” The, “Thump thump thump thump” of the wheels on concrete slabs connecting airport to hotel. The steam on the windows. Crescent moon and vivid starry skies, fed a sultry night, arriving in New Orleans after a heady day of flight.
Shonda was the best server, she gave amazing recommendations and was so hospitable, loved her
I went to go see legendary swamp pop legend Tommy Mclain and CC Adcock show. Be careful of those 20 foot doors they are heavy I Accidentally slammed my finger but the atmosphere was totally worth it.
Great brunch, friendly prompt service, beautiful surroundings, and stylish historic building.
