Food was perfection! Our waitress Tiffany was so awesome and had us cracking up at the table! It was our first time here and were planning a trip back and will definitely be coming to this place again! One of the best things about New Orleans! Thank you Tiffany. You made our lunch enjoyable!! Highly recommend this place and the pot roast

Deja Vu is like your favorite little bar at home. Just a corner hole in the wall with great bartenders & serve staff. Food is surprisingly yummy. Drinks & food priced far below the hipster places. People are interesting & informative to tourists. We stayed at hotel across the street & got caught there in the rain while waiting for our room. Matt, our 1st bartender was friendly, informative & fun! Carmela was awesome as well. We met a local gentleman, Glenn who hooked us up with reservations at Nola the next night for my birthday!! Great secret of French Quarter!! Half price at happy hour 4-6pm. Don't miss this diamond of a place. Tell them Mick & Rick sent you...Above all tip your servers!!
Food was excellent....we had the cajun meat pies, a huge cup of seafood gumbo, and we split a club sandwich. Will definitely be back!
We were looking for a place to eat and ran across this place. The best decision we made. The food was great.
Great laid back atmosphere. Our waitress Tiffany was very attentive. Good hurricanes and better food. I had the new york strip with fries and it was perfect.
Always friendly service , good quality food for the price and always open . This is our go to place for breakfast when in Nola .
3rd time in, 3rd server, 3rd AMAZING experience. The food is phenominal, the drinks cheap and strong, and the staff warm and helpful.
Hands down, a must-visit during your vacation in the quarter.
The service was excellent, food was fantastic! My boyfriend and I ate there while on vacation several times. It's open 24 hours and at first I was skeptical because bar food is usually gross, but this place impressed me. Everything I got was delicious! Try the BLT or the hot ham and cheese before a night out, you won't regret it!
My wife and I are having our second meal here on this trip. Great food, great atmosphere, and great music (jukebox). But still love it. Even passed up eating at a restaurant with Duff Goldman to come back here.
We try to eat at a different French Quarter Restaurant for breakfast every year on the first day of French Quarter Fest. The French toast was excellent. Our party of four were all pleased with their meal. It was a fun experience. Worth a trip.
We ate both breakfast and dinner here. The food was amazing, great prices and the service was fast and friendly.
I had alot of fun here. Great bartender and fun patrons. I had a BLT which was great and literally like 10 waters due to the humidity outside. Liked the atmosphere and that they had poker machines that could be played. Had some good laughs and conversations, recommended for sure.
Déjà Vu Restaurant and Bar is a really nice place to grab a bite or a cocktail. We like the friendly service and attention they show to customers. I also really like being able to order breakfast or whatever I like all day long. They offer reasonable prices, quick service and good food. We will be back.
Great local feel and super offerings!! Start with the meat pies and a cold beer! The beef sausage poboy with pepper jack cheese is STUPID DELICIOUS!!
Walkable, unpretentious, dive-like spot with cold beer and friendly service. Delicious po-boys and the gator balls were incredible.
Great little diner! It was around the corner from our hotel and we ate here 4x during our trip. The prices were good and we tried different things each time, which were all delicious and tasted home made. The servers were also very kind and welcoming each time.
Great little place. Wasn't very busy when we went but the staff was amazing and attentive. Definitely recommend.
Dive bar at its finest. Good food, good service, fine vibe. Stopped to read and get a bite... the meat pies were really tasty and loved the beans and rice.
The bartender was very friendly, we tried the combo with the Gumbo , jambalaya and beans was so good omg the gumbo is one of the best ones I had in my visit to New Orleans
BENJAMIN!!! This is a must visit place while you are in New Orleans! Our group of 18 was treated so kindly over the 3 days we spent in the city. We always had to start our morning with our daily dose of Benjamin and would try and get back to see him later in the afternoon before his shift ended! He arranged for all of us to have breakfast there one morning before our bar crawl and it was perfect! I can't give enough stars!!! The staff, the food, the atmosphere was AMAZING! Thank you Deja Vu! Until next time....Cheers!!!
Great food and drinks. Benjamin was so awesome. I’d just say I feel like something fruity and he’d whip up a yummy drink. The Bloody Mary is incredible there as well. We tried a few different foods and they were all delicious. The atmosphere is awesome, we met so many cool people while hanging out there. Go see Benjamin he is 5 stars!
Love this place! Wonderful staff! We ate here for dinner & breakfast. Shrimp po'boy & onion rings, yes please! Fried crawfish & fries, yes please! Steak & egg breakfast, oh yes please! Country fried steak & egg breakfast, yes yes yes! Coffee here is so good, even black! Definitely worth the price!
Love this place!! It was recommended by my hotel's concierge and it is less than a block walking. Small, rustic, restaurant/bar with simple great food. Service and hospitality was great!
I had their turkey burger with sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese and a side of steamed veggies.
We stayed in the French Quarter for four days and kept walking right past this bar. On our last night we stopped, and we wished we had tried it earlier. The bartender made great mixed drinks. Chicken fingers were average bar tenders, but the Shrimp Po-boy sandwich was the best my wife had while in New Orleans. Alcohol prices were typical French Quarter prices. The bartender was super nice and knowledgeable.
as it goes a great neighborhood bar, has your typical bar food with a twist, NOLA style. portions were perfect, tastes amazing and a good beer selection as well as plenty of screens for the game(s). friendly atmosphere.
Kitchy, cool dive bar with great food and good prices. The creole trio is a great dish to split to get a taste of New Orleans. Healthy portion size for sure.
Employees were very nice and attentive. Both the wait staff and bar offered a kind word as we exited. Great first stop on my first trip to NOLA on recommendation from a local we meet on the plane.
