Mandina's - New Orleans - Photo album

You can tell this place has soul. My friend found it for us as a fun casual dinner our last night in town. The food was exactly what we were looking for. Home cooked feeling. Ambiance was great. Nothing fancy about it and for sure the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had!!! Gumbo was amazing too. The por
All my years of living here and this was the very first time I've been to Mandina's. Oh, what I've been missing out all these years! The food was amazing and so was the service! Our waiter, Patrick was a pleasure to have, serving us, and his suggestions of what to order, were right on cue. Everyth
Very delicious creole-style Italian restaurant which is very popular among local people. We waited for 30 minutes this month as well as last August. It was worth dining out in using streetcar rather than visiting restaurants for tourists in french quarter.
Mandina’s Restaurant on Canal Street has been an institution in New Orleans as long as I can remember. The old-school Italian and creole dishes are some of the best around. This is a very casual environment with great service. Be sure to come hungry as the portions are huge.
We want seafood when visiting New Orleans and French bread. And the family restaurant didn't disappoint. There were plenty of options and huge portions. Great service and staff all helping to keep customers coming back. Try the bread pudding. Parking available and a few minutes from Downtown.
Casual but delicious. The crawfish étouffée, wedge salad, and po'boys were all delicious.
The best place in Nola to take a friends or family group ! Absolutely delicious tons of food, friendly patient service and a fun atmosphere. Please remember that the portions are humongous- even appetizers 😋
I absolutely love coming here. My favorite dish is the gulf fish almondine, and to finish with a custard at the end is perfection. 🤌🏻
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mandina's Restaurant in New Orleans. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The food was nothing short of amazing. It was authentic and full of flavor. There was plenty of it, so no one was left wanting. The team was great - friendly, helpful, an
Mandina's is a NOLA classic. Choose from seafood, creole and Italian masterpieces. Great service and great food!
My #1 Go-to-restaurant since I was a child in 1969‼️No other restaurant I've found consistently fry their delicate seafood as tasty as Mandinas every single time I eat here. My son took his Texas friends here during their visit to the city, and they said this was the best food they ate the whole tri
The place was very busy on a Tuesday but the service was still quick and the food (chicken Parmesan & gumbo) was amazing. Even the next day.
Best authentic Italian food! This is a neighborhood gem! Staff always friendly and food delicious!
The food is absolutely amazing! The chicken parmesan is definitely our favorite thing to get here. It's the best that we have ever had! And our waiter Chris, was excellent! Definitely recommend!! Caesar salad was delicious! Shrimp remoulade. Appetizer samplers was great! And of course the chicken p
Unbelievable! Had the Gulf Fish Meuniere from Dolly's reconstruction with Barqs from a long neck glass bottle... 😋😋 Highly recommend! Awesome food, service and atmosphere!
This was a great spot to have lunch! The creole eggplant was a delicious surprise. And the bread pudding was a wonderful dessert!
I love this place. A NOLA staple. Everything about it shows the heritage of this family owned, Italian influenced spot. I believe it has been open over 90 years. Expect huge portions, Eggplant sticks are Fab, as are the onion rings. I have never seen a table that didn't have doggy bags leaving with
