Seed - New Orleans - Photo album

The food here is immaculate, although a limited selection (small menu). But we all found something amazing and none of it disappointed. The bao was epic and the beignets were everything my vegan heart dreamt of when arriving in Nola.
Food was so good!! I'm usually a pretty big carnivore but I didn't miss a thing eating here! Everything was delicious and SO flavorful. We came for the vegan beignets, but stayed for the Korean Fried Cauliflower and Mexican Spiced Waffle Fries. The queso on the fries is THE BEST vegan nacho cheese I
This place was alright, glad we got to visit this part of town but wish the portions were larger for the price. The 2 tacos def should’ve been 3. There was a lot of variety of flavor which can be alright sometimes but honestly it was a little over powering. Best tofu nuggets I’ve ever had! The artic
This is the vegan spot in Louisiana! I traveled to New Orleans for a few days and needed to find somewhere to eat. After using Google, I found Seed and made my way there. Once I ordered my food, sat and ate, I had no desire to look for another vegan spot. Seed was going to be the place I went to eat
Seed was the first place I went to eat when I arrived in New Orleans, and it's going to be hard to beat! I actually don't know if I want to go anywhere else because it was THAT good. Seth greeted me when I walked in, and was so friendly. I asked him what his favorite menu item was, and he told me
Oh my goodness, all the food here is so amazing!! Definitely off the beaten path but it was worth the trek. The food is unique and delicious. Very good options that are healthy as well. We got the mushroom gumbo, tofu bao buns, cauliflower katsu, and the Japanese noodle salad. All of these dishes ar
My partner has been wanting to go here and tonight was the night we finally try it out. We both ate the waffle fries for starters. I had the mushroom tostadas, get prepared to get hands on and saucy. My partner had the noodle salad super good. You must try the lemonade if you enjoy the fresh ingredi
Came here for dinner one night during my stay in New Orleans. I'm not vegan but I do enjoy eating vegan food from time to time. This place is highly rated in New Orleans and it did not disappoint! The staff first off, was very friendly and attentive but not overly attentive. We tried their vegan gum
Located roughly halfway between the Garden District and Canal Street, my wife and I stopped in for dinner on our way back from a Garden District walking tour. The building itself is well marked with a huge wooden sign on the corner, and the interior is a wonderful shade of blue/green that is bright
Great food and great experience overall. The waitress was so sweet and attentive! I had the nuggets with buffalo dip, cup of gumbo, and etoufee. I was pleased with everything, and the etoufee had a nice little kick to it. Very glad I was able to stop by, and will definitely be back next time I'm in
Wow, just wow! The whole experience here, even during covid times, was so so good! A friend and I dined in and ordered the waffle fries, katsu cauliflower sandwich, butternut squash soup and beignets for dessert, and a couple cocktails. It was the perfect amount of food, the dishes were expertly pre
This was the first time I ever had vegan food and having lunch at this beautiful spot was awesome! The food was delicious; I had mushrooms tostadas while my friend had tofu bao. Portions were small but it was full of flavor and very filling. We then wrapped our bomb lunch with amazing desserts. The
Nice quaint spot with excellent vegan choices. The Korean fried cauliflower was to die for. The cashew cheese sauce on the waffle fries makes me want to sweet from dairy. The staff was excellent and took a lot of care with my wife's nut allergies. A must try for locals and visitors!
The service was exceptional. We ordered the artichoke appetizer which was so good. I was a bit let down by the Po'boys however. Not because they were bad but bc the bun would have been better flat pressed. The beignets were old, cold and stale tasting. But the over all vibe and service made up for t
That was extraordinary. We crushed about six dishes; full, but wanted to keep exploring the varied menu. Loved the cauliflower “steak” sandwich, the artichoke cakes, the roasted veggies on grits, the mushroom rolls. Cute decor, sweet staff, and even had the opportunity to speak with Daniel the chef
Fantastic food, cool vibe, and excellent service. Portions are generous and presentation is lovely. We went for lunch and had Korean cauliflower appetizer, Tai noodles and mushroom tostadas. It was so good we came back for dinner, but they were already booked up with reservations, so we came back fo
What a relief to find good tasty vegan food on vacation. We're staying in the French Quarter so Ubered over. The food was sooooo delish! Our waitress was wonderful and we had a great time. Took the trolley back to the Quarter for a $1.25. Soooo worth it!
We got the mushroom gumbo and chips w cashew queso. Also got the vegan beignets w espresso and coconut creme sauce. These were all absolutely delicious. This place is a must-visit.
Responding to my mound of luggage, my wonderful server, Seth, asked if I was arriving or departing. I shared I had just arrived and Seth replied “welcome home.” This level of care, hospitality, and sense of community spans the entire Seed experience. The plant based retreat boasts a menu of colorfu
