I love this branch of Dunkin’ Dnuts; it’s cute and classy. I also love it cause it’s easier to access and pop in for a quick bite when you’re done shopping in Big Y. The workers very friendly and polite. There’s a also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
Had an excellent experience at this location. I had been emailed a discount that they didn't know anything about. They worked with me and took the information in order to go back to corporate and find out why they weren't alerted before the promotion started. All were friendly and helpful. Also, w
Order bagel with extra cream cheese (because they’re always stingy on the cream cheese) drive thru worker repeated back my order noting the “extra” cream cheese part... cream cheese barely covered one side of the bagel. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Line is forever. No one ever working here. I come to Foxwoods often and this place is always the same. One cashier. Go to Mohegan Sun. Nice people. No lines..this place is totally mis managed.
Consistently have fresher coffee than most other D&D's in town(and there are a few) ...however there baked goods tend to lad behind the one up 202 across from midway. Still for the drinks and sammiches. A win.
Coffee is fresh, people are professional and friendly...my only suggestion is that they list the number of sugars you order on the stickers...It says “sugar” on the cup whether I order one, two, or three sugars ....
Dunkin Donuts is a good place to go. Wonder place, you can eat and have alittle positive time out. Good tea, nice atmosphere, good parking, nice donuts great.
It's a typical Dunkin Donuts, but apparently my parents used to stop here all the time when they were dating. My Uncle had a law practice around the corner from here, so it's kinda been in the family for a while. With 4 stars for the nostalgia. Otherwise, it's coffee and donuts as usual.
