Friendliest folks EVER!! I will never complain about waiting a few minutes for fresh food!!! My fish and chicken planks hit the spot!! Delish!! Thank you!! Best fast food in New Martinsville!!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 piece chicken. Instead they gave me fish, fries and hush puppies. Everything was over fried and cold. I do not recommend this particular restaurant. Very disappointing. I will not be back!

Awful. First time here and won't be back. Ordered 4 meals. Got 2 meals. The two meals we did get were missing half of the food. 2 additional meals were were handed out 10 min later. Still missing food. $50 for cold, nasty food that took 25 min to get at a drive thru. Employees were rude.

Always check your bag before leaving. They shorted me an order of clams last time I went through the drive thru. I told them, but they didn't bother to replace them.

Well we both ordered platters, my chicken and shrimp platter came with 2 fish and shrimp and her platter was actually correct. The fish were good but especially greasy and over battered. The shrimp were delicious and well done. Slaw and hush puppies were good as well.

The food is always good and consistent with Long John's standards, but the restaurant needs some TLC, updating if you will. Also the staff isn't always the nicest, with the exception of a select few.
