I don't know what is wrong with you people but I haven't been to Wendy's for at least 6 months and when I was there I ordered a single with extra cheese and a hot fry and when I went to eat my food out in the parking lot the food was very cold heck the cheese was no where close to being melted fries were cold and old also so needless to say I will NEVER go back to the one in New Martinsville WV. If I want Wendy's I will get it in Columbus, Ohio because at least their food is very HOT, maybe you should send your employees to Columbus, Ohio to show them how to serve hot food. 🤨🤨🤨🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤔🤔🤔😤😤😤

This store is absolutely ridiculous, they literally FIRED employees for wanting to take home leftovers from close instead of wasting the perfectly good food by throwing it out in the garbage,RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT

Three stars for friendly service, quick service and price. Rarely comment on fast food restaurants but I have to mention the$5.00 grab meal. I really wasn't very hungry therefore didn't make sense to spend alot. Seen the$5.00 grab meal and tried it. Nice little meal for the price. Check it out.

The baked potatoes looked like they were from the shift. Had to go three tines thru the drive thru before they got the order right, and on top of that they were very rude because we made them get it right.

Was in drive thru last night and watch a worker coughing on her hands and didn't even wash them. tried to hand us our food I said something about it to her and what she do roll her eyes like you lucky I was even nice about it ! I could have embarrassed tf out you and got your manager

Honestly this Wendy’s never gets it right, and if they do it’s not done. Every time I go there I get the Baconator fries. They either don’t melt my cheese, don’t cook my bacon all the way, or burn my bacon, and this time I didn’t even get no bacon and they forgot my coke. Hands down one of the worst fast foods in New Martinsville
