Hot honey chicken sandwhich came with barely any sauce but managed to be soggy. barely any bacon on baconator fries. not to mention it took me 30 minutes to wait to get my order taken and get my food. its supposed to be fast. workers were disinterested and moaning, groaning and complaining. worst sevice ever

Ordered a baconator and they gave me a rink-a-dink I-dont-even-know. They took forever swiping my card lasting 10 minutes. I did not get a receipt in nor on the bag so i cant get the sandwich I ordered. Worst Wendys in the south east. Just terrible.

Today, I had a really bad experience at this location with my drive-through orders. It was around 12:30 pm. I asked the man 3 times for my receipt after paying. He didn’t pay attention to me because he kept talking to his coworker in their own language. I raised my hand, then the lady saw me and told him. He looked at me. I told him I wanted my receipt. He was mad at me and told me: “ the receipt is in the next door and all the time there” with a very loud voice and bad attitude. How do I suppose to know “ all the time” there???? Why did you yell at your customers like that when they just asked you for a receipt. I will never come back this location again. Bad service!!!

Went through the drive thru and waited for quite awhile, all to have all of our burgers made incorrectly. On top of that, they neglected to tell us they had ice and just charged us for warm soda basically. I was on a time constraint and couldn't go back but that's 35 dollars we won't see again

I'm absolutely horrified by my experience with this Wendy s. Not a single worker was to be found. The manager said he was the only one working Took me half an hour to get my food. There were groups of kids hanging out in the restaurant bullying all the customers including my daughter! The manager told me there's nothing he can do.The place is dirty. Stay away from here!

I ordered late night and asked for double/triple cheese on all four menu items that I ordered and did not receive extra on anything received… bare minimum but paid for everything extra. The person that took my order was fantastic it was just unsatisfying to receive the order late night knowing I couldn’t go anywhere else and to get it delivered at drive through unlike what I asked for but paid for in full

Wendy's apparently no longer has salt and pepper for customers. They decided it is too much work to have things like salt and pepper.

One they forgot to package my taco salad that I really wanted, second I found a hair in my loaded potato. Definitely not happy about this
