I made a request on Friday the 19th of June for a cake in the shape of 48 to celebrate my husband's birthday. I have shown the lady behind the counter a picture of the cake I had in mind, which I have attached. I was very clear when I asked if you can do that, she went to the back to ask someone and they confirmed. We then proceeded with instruction on what fruit and color of the icing to put on it. Sunday at 11:30, I have sent someone to pick the cake up. I was devastated with the results. The cake that was made does not look like the cake I have showed and was confirmed. This has caused a major embarrassment especially that the cake was supposed to be the centerpiece of the party. Had I was there to pick it up, I would have not taken it, nor pay for it. I need you to look at the photos and tell me if the cake I have received has any 48 in it . It was the ugliest cake I have ever seen in my entire life. I would have much rather to be informed that you are not able to produce such a cake, rather than live the disappointment I had in front of my family and friends. I had 48 guests attended the special party and you can imagine what kind of conversation was going on about the cake. I would like to get a full refund of the amount.
