I got a salad for me and sub for my wife. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The did was awesome. I love that they don't give you skimpy food. I was full.
Their cheese steaks are huge and delicious. I get to make 2 meals out of the cheese steak every time. Friendly service and a great value for what you pay. Highly recommended!
Man after all the hype I can only describe my experience as sub par. The staff was so rude and the manager Xavier couldn’t care less. Have been here 3 times in the last 4 weeks.
Food was good each time. Staff not so much.
Last week tried to order via phone and the lady answered "hello" and when I asked if it was Bob's she hung up.
Staff has been rude the last 2 times. Act like their customers are bothering them.
I've given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times. NEVER any adults working, and the kids play too many games on the phone, LIKE NOT ANSWERING, AND SAYING THEY CANT HEAR YOU. I really like the subs, but the service is horrible. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Subs are awesome 👌 salads not so much. Like they buy the greens the supermarket is throwing away. Everything is wilted and old.
Inconsistent subs. I always get a senior steak and cheese bob's way. Sometimes it's great other times it's good. It seems like some employees use very little bob's sauce and it drastically changes the taste.
Just love bobs. Staff is friendly no matter which one you go to! The food superb best sub place ever
