Got a free snowball one day. I didn't know they didn't take credit card or bank card. I don't plan on doing this again. but it was very considerate of them to allow me and my son to have snowballs be anyway.

Purchased snowballs on two occasions. Each time there were dry spots...recommend adding additional syrup to ensure full coverage.
The snowballs are awesome but the customer service is terrible. Staff are all young girls and they are rude. Also, sometimes there is more dry ice in the snowballs than juice.
