We came in 1 hour before closing and placed an in person order. We were out with delicious food in less than 15 minutes.

I watched a documentary about Boston Market it was very interesting. I decided to go and give a try. The menu looked overwhelming big so I asked the lady for recommendations and got the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (Mashed potatoes and rice) great combo by the way. The place looked clean but sadly not busy at all from 12:00 to 12:30. I hope they make a come back. Service was 10/10!

Chicken was reliably excellent but the vegetables on the side tasted rotten and were inedible. I mentioned it to management who said it was a new seasoning. They went above and beyond to give us replacements. That's how you run a restaurant!

During my visit in the afternoon it was a pleasant diner. The place was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. This has become my place to go from now on.

I ordered my dinner using active menu and it was quick and easy, the food was great. They didn’t have the sauce I requested, but they gave me 3 sauces on the side as an alternative. I enjoyed my meal

Service was quick. Macaroni was over cooked which is a major disappointment which is why I went there, other then the bogo coupon. I thought the turkey portion was quick small but my mom seemed okay with her meal. I got the 3 sides meal. The mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn bread were good.

Standard Boston Market. Came here for dinner with a friend. There was a wait on chicken but they appeared understaffed. As a fellow food service employee, I think they did the best they could given the circumstances. Food was good - my friend had the half chicken and I had a side sampler. This location has good seating and ample parking in the rear lot.

I go to Boston Market every time I get a buy one, get one and every Thanksgiving.
11/24/20 update: I went in today, I asked for gravy for my stuffing and the manager on duty was nice enough to give it to me without an additional charge. He helped me out with a Caesar Salad previously. I don't think he remembered me cause I'm wearing a mask so this tells me he is a great guy and a testament to the company.

Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly. I've always liked BM food, and I especially like the sustainability of the real dishes & silverware (as opposed to the disposable options of most fast food places). Unfortunately, it is not as budget-friendly as most of the others, but a coupon removed that particular obstacle and I was only too happy to return. The food is fresh and tasty, along with the friendly atmosphere makes for a fine dining experience in the truest sense.
