This has got to be the most friendliest, entertaining Tim Hortons location I have ever experienced. The Management and staff work so well together, it's refreshing to be a part of the fun. Yes, I wish this location had some more items available. However, the atmosphere makes up for the limited menu. If you want quick service and a little entertainment.....make sure to come in!!!

Great place. Smiling faces early mornings. Ashley, Amanda , Angela and Amy are A+ . I switched from Starbucks to Tim Hortons for the smiles alone! Thanks Ladies for a job well done. You deserve a raise!! Keep up the good work. Your customer service is top job! Hopefully you can train the other girl what customer service is really about...or get rid of her.

Several months ago.
I usually don't mind stopping at a Tim Horton's, occasionally. Their coffee isn't bad but this location has one particularly rude person working here. Unfortunately, for them, I will not be returning. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, from the moment I walked up to the counter I was treated me like a burden that the barista now had to deal with. I waited a few moments, after seeing things weren't getting any better, cancelled my order and walked out.

I love this Tims. It's the best in the area by far. Very friendly staff. Ashley and Bashaar are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I miss seeing their faces every morning since I moved. Haven't found a Tim Hortons that can get my order right since.

I have to say I'm confused by some of the reviews... Bottom line is this.. the coffee is fresh and the donuts are good. It sucks that this place is crammed into a gas station and the line can be long, but I've flat out seen people be complete a**holes to the people that work here when all they are trying to do is serve people coffee in a very cramped area. I don't understand the whole no real sign here though.

coffee is ok. they wont toast your bagel or sandwich so dont bother asking the guy will look at you like your an idiot. donuts taste a day or two old. drive another 10 min east and go to the novi store they are much better.

Very friendly, made my bagel just the way I asked, it was perfect. Best Tim Hortons I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to a lot of them. Great customer service!!

It gets the job done. They don't go out of their way for special requests. I.e. i ordered a 20 pack of timbits with 2 chocolate glaze 2 birthday cake and no maple. Instead it was assorted with no chocolate. It's good that they are around the corner, but meh.
