I stopped here en route to a work event and tried to order a tall Choco cream cold brew and a large iced tea with raspberry. The barista let me know they were out of raspberry, so I said okay never mind, just make the coffee a grande instead. I get to the window and she hands me a grande likes peak. I say I didn’t order that, and she lets out a loud sigh and slams the window. Okay fine… it’s early and she’s having a bad morning. It happens. Then she hands me the tall cold brew, even though I’d asked for it to be a grande. She sighs again and slam the window. I just took it and left. No reason my morning should be bad just because she’s got an attitude.

This used to be a really good Starbucks. One of the first ones in this area. And with the drive-thru. Fast friendly service. Baristas who used to know your name. Managers who would listen to you.
Now it seems like it new employees every two weeks. Order a head is never available and the drive-thru line is just stupid.
I look forward to this place learning how to hire a good employees and managers in order to get to the store to a level that that used to be

This location was busy, busy yet Very Impressive on how fast the drive thru service kept moving with cars wrapped all the way around the building. Made my extra hot specialty coffee just as ordered...extra hot! Definitely & Highly Recommended!!

The music was a little loud this morning otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. It was -2 degrees outside but quite comfortable inside.
