Burd's Burgers & Bakery

I had the best experience there today. As soon as I walked in there was a young gentleman and a young lady there to greet me with a nice smile. When I went to order my food the cashier was super friendly and she also had a smile. When my food was brought to me the gentleman that brought me the food was very polite. My food was absolutely delicious and this is the first time I’ve ever been to a Shake shack. I thanked the manager for my delicious food and the politeness of all of her staff. I will definitely be back.

This is usually a favorite spot however today’s dinner was an awful experience. Ordering online seemed easy enough until we got home to just plain hamburgers, the online ordering has you select single or double and add onions and whatever else so clicking “Add” lettuce, tomato, shack sauce seemed appropriate-nope. It took all toppings away. Spending close to $50 for a to go order and not getting what you thought you ordered is upsetting. Then when opening the Mayo packet from this place and seeing translucent Mayo (old expired Mayo) was the icing on this horror of an order. Super sad with shake shack tonight. Total waste of money.

This was a nice fast food experience. A very cordial young man took my order. I had a Smokeshack burger (double) , bacon cheese fries, and a vanilla milkshake. All told, 21 dollars and change. The fries were good, crunchy on the outside, tender inside. But I am not a fan of crinkle cut. The burger was very good, a crispy char on the outside, juicy and flavorful. The vanilla shake had a nice flavor and was nice and thick. Tough on street parking, and a little pricey, but I'm glad I gave it a try.

This was my first time at any Shake Shack. They greeted me at the door and asked how i was paying (their covid policy is reslly strict it seems, I'm happy to see). I ordered the hotdog and shakeshack burger. As far as quality goes, i think this is one of the better places to go to. The meat was cooked just right and they use a potato bun or something similar, they mixed well, and the (lettuce tomato) seemed very fresh. It didnt take long either, even though they were working on other orders. If you havent tried Shake Shack I highly recommend it, and it reminded me a little of In n Out burger (for those who have had it, as its not on the East Coast.) First Impressions? 10/10.
