I went through Arbys drive thru on Saturday, May 27 2022 at about 12:00 pm. There were no cars in the parking lot and just one car ahead of me in drive thru. There is a special going on, 2 Cheddar Roast Beef sandwiches for $7. I asked TWICE if I could 2 of the sandwiches without cheddar for the 2 /

Don't go close to the end of the day. The food here is usually good, but later in the day they seem to serve up whatever's left. I got some pile of inedible burnt former roast beef.

I went thru the drive thru around 6:00 pm on April 14, 2022. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was as good as I’ve ever had at Arby’s. Please thank the crew working yesterday!

The employees are always on the phone. Barely pay attention to costumers. Employees are rude and managers are worse. Their closing time is inconsistent. Food is always made wrong. They never want to fix their mistakes. This place should be closed. I will NOT being coming here ever again. I'd advise

Only one star because can not give zero stars. Waited 10 minutes in line to order. Waited another 15 minutes to get the food. When I paid was asked if I wanted my coins change or just the bills. Asked if it was going to be donated to some place and was told "no".

Bun had been toasted ahead of time, was stale by the time I recurved it. Meat was room temperature, not kept to proper temp. The health dept should pay a visit at later hours. Seems like a lazy staff.
