Taco Bell

Today 7/1/22 They stated "CASH" only. No trouble! - I gave them a $50 and the 2 cents. They owed me $44. A younger man came to the window and yelled at me loudly "what is the issue with the change" "what is your issue" (I was confused?) I had no idea what he was saying. I said "I'm sorry-what are you asking about?" He said "what is your issue?" I was so confused. I said "I don't know what you are referring to"- He then gave me $43.00 I said I'm sorry my change was $44 Is that your question? He rolled his eyes and walked away. I told the window girl (who was very nice) his attitude wasn't very kind. He didn't need to behave that way; but it was no reflection on her. She said he is "always this way" and apologized. When I finally opened my order it was an item short of what I paid for. I would have given 0 stars if it was no option. Do better New Haven Taco Bell!!!

It’s sad that Taco Bell took their Mexican Pizza off the menu at all, but to bring it back only to have them sell out before most of us could get one, then announce it’s gone again until fall is a great disservice to their customers. Taco Bell is the closest fast food restaurant to my rural home and I’ll gladly drive an extra five miles to dine anywhere but there until Taco Bell quits playing hide and seek with my favorite all time dinner on their menu.

I only go to the store to recruit a young man that honestly deserves to work for better human beings. The management is surly I imagine the owner is shall we say.... Unlikely to be one of the pleasant wealthy people. How in God's name do we allow places like Taco Bell and McDonald's to exist in the United States and employ hundreds of thousands of people without a union? Think about what we're teaching young people who work there.... Here's your wage, but it wouldn't be enough to live on even if you were working 50 hours a week. Here's your manager, and she'll teach you how to be impossible to deal with for example, when serving Frozen or overcooked food. Why don't we all just join in and hire everybody that ever tries to work for places like this? That would be good for the community, that would be good for local restaurants, and good for the world. No more multinationals treating us like we are slaves..... That's the Indiana I want. But on a positive note the quickie mart it is attached to is one of the finest. So stop in the Kwik-E-Mart, buy a bunch of stuff, and then wander into the Taco Bell and see if you can recruit away some of the young staff! Sounds like a plan

Made an online order for around $38.00 and came to get the order. Was told to wait behind the building at the back door to get said order and surprise no one ever came. Called inside and was told that they gave our order to someone else and now they couldn't fulfill our order because all of their chicken was spoiled. Asked to cancel the order but was told they have no way of doing so after we paid because they fulfilled it by giving it to someone else. We will be issuing a charge back and never coming to this location again.

Our visit on 6/19/22 at 11:00am is to date one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had and is 100% the worst Taco Bell experience. 15 mins to get our food while we watched the employees stand around in the back. Ordering Dunkin’ Donuts, rubbing their gloved hands all over everything. Standing around joking and laughing. They forgot two items to my order. No receipt with the order. I really hope whoever owns this place reads these reviews.

Went there twice, they never clean their grill. Blackened bits were stuck to multiple orders. I ordered a five-layer without naco cheese and beans, got both on it. They read the order back, but they just gave me the default anyway. The girl at the window acted annoyed with us, but for what reason? You gave us the completely base version anyway, so it's not like I made you guys do more work...

Most horrible burrito “supreme” ever! It’s false advertising! It was in a dried out tortilla that was falling to pieces. It was filled with tasteless beans and a little beef with cheese whiz type sauce. Horrible! Not at all what was pictured with tomatoes, onions, and black olives. I’ll never eat there again. I should sue.
