If you are at the Yale hospital for anything this is the spot to try for some good fast food, seemed very popular, price is good and portions are large. Didn’t try the pizza yet but I plan to soon. I had the wings and they are awesome and cheeseburger and fries were tasty as well I would return because price is right, food is good

I flew from Atlanta to Yale New Haven Hospital for emergency surgery for a beloved family member. Thankfully, given the strict Covid protocols for visitors at the hospital, I found Gennaro’s Pizza across the street for incredible food and unexpected emotional support. I welcomed the reminder of being home in Connecticut and what that tastes like, after many years now living in Atlanta. Gennaro’s delivers the most amazing pizza, just like home should be. The owner went one step further. He graciously provided me with a place to sit and hot coffee to help keep me awake after many hours waiting for my family member to come out of surgery. There is nothing more inspiring than to be reminded of how many good people there are in our world, whose actions prove how much we really do care about each other. When in New Haven, don’t miss out. Stop into Gennaro‘s and tell them I sent you! Just beautiful.

Please Don't order online and attempt to use the 10% coupon. I just ordered for me and my co-workers. I called to inquire about the coupon as it wasnt applied, the manager told me verbatim "if we apply that coupon we won't make any money". I told him that he should've had it removedfrom the website. His excuse was "we tried telling them to take it off and they didn't"

I ordered on Slice cause Pizza House doesn't deliver (whomp). It was alright, but they forgot green peppers on my salad. I contacted Slice, who contacted the restaurant. They told Slice they don't have green peppers, and that's why they weren't on my salad. Well, if that's true, why were they on my pizza? 🤔🤔 Weird thing to lie about. I only got $2 off my next order with them. There won't be one.

I will never get food from that place ever disgusting French fries were old chicken wings were so dry I could of use the meat for a toothpick the pizza no flavor I didn't even taste the onion they need to taste that food there self ..disgusting..

I placed an order online, picked it up and found that one of the three pies was not made as ordered. All three tasted okay, but not enough to comeback. Stay away from the garlic bread.

Live their pizza and I got an Italian combo sub foe the first time today and it was soo good. They forgot my hot peppers but still tastes great.
