Cute store, love the products offered and that they have a bakery, prepared foods section and they also make fresh smoothies and juices. I ordered the Jamie's Monkey smoothie and added blueberries, I even got some extra leftovers in a separate cup...very nice surprise. Now for that delicious apple pie, piece of heaven cupcake...well pure heaven and neither the frosting or cake itself was too sweet, it was perfect, hands-down the best cupcake I've ever had. Haven't tried the cream cheese brownie yet but if it follows in the steps of that cupcake I won't be disappointed.

Today i visit this place being that had to get my car fixed usually be at whole foods. But i’m here in CT doing an Traveling Nurse assignment and my accommodation is nearby. well let me start by saying it was nice little pricey but hey i shop at whole foods. i but anyway love the little bakery shop . i decided to get cookies. i wanted to purchase all my items together after i was told i can but then it was said i couldn’t but you let 2 ppl a head of me allowed to take their items to front , but i didn’t want to start a riot. just came to get my healthy food and get to work . didn’t understand that my money is very good been a google traveling RN .

Love shopping here, coming from Denver this is a haven for things I need. The place does look a old building: just gives it more character. Love the selection and prices that are sometime better than Whole Foods. The people are so friendly and nice. Love the hot bar as well, and the bakery you can’t compare the freshness. 🍞🥖🧁🍰🥧

This is a vegetarian supermarket in New Haven. Everything here is vegetarian and they have good prices and selection. This place is a must for any vegetarian living in the area and it has most of the normal groceries a non-vegetarian would need. They also have a sandwich counter with very reasonably priced sandwiches, which I have not tried.

Literally my second home! Words cannot express how much I have learned and experienced here. I honestly don’t remember who put me on but I’m grateful. When I lived in town I would eat here daily for weeks for meat breaks. The dessert sections is out of the world. I can’t explain just go and try something lol. There are several dining areas and a juice and grill area. The grocery section has reasonable prices and a good selection. Upstairs is where the magic happens. I have and will continue to search for natural items to help myself and others. I simple go in and tell them what I am looking for and they lead the way. I have concurred my anxiety and doing better than I ever had with my depression thanks to them. I have so many family and friends I have recommended that still go till this day. Great customer service in every area of the store! Just gotta love THE WOOD!
