PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET BUSINESS! IF YOU CAN'T DO THAT THEN DON'T WORK THERE. Would not recommend go to Sumner's way better food and service.

Dining area is larger than most Subway stores. Very clean. Customer ahead of me asked for water and was directed towards stack of clear cups on counter, I have not noticed that at other Subways I have been too, nice touch

Most times, food is good from Subway so that's not the rating for. Wish I would have gotten the lady's name. Very personable - made one feel important. (older lady, at beginning of sandwich line)

Love our Charles City hometown Subway! Always a good sandwich. The work is there always have our food done when we order it to go ahead of time. It's so convenient to go ahead and order online and just pick it up and go! I have never had to wait in line. The steak is my all-time favorite. Waiting for them to try to come up with one that I like more! If you ever get to Charles City Iowa definitely stop at Subway.
