Review Nick's 114 Cafe - New Cumberland

I ordered the crab cake and butterflied shrimp. This came with a side of apple sauce and fries. The French fries were terrible. The fries were hard and had the taste and texture of potato chips. The 2nd side of apple sauce was trashed. I initially thought the shrimp 🍤 was under seasoned. However after dipping the shrimp in the cocktail sauce I understood why the shrimp was lightly seasoned. The cocktail sauce was delicious and very spicy 🌶. I enjoyed the heat. The crab cake had a nice flavor, it was slightly over cooked but still enjoyable. The tarter sauce was a good match for the crab cake and the shrimp. The staff was very nice. The staff asked for me to come in as my husband made the to go order. I was waiting in the car. Just very friendly.

Holy cow is this food delicious! And you know what really makes this place stand out?! The menu is unique, the portions overwhelmingly large, and the waitstaff SO friendly. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the booths are so large, so everyone sat comfortably.

My daughter and I favorite place for dinner. The NY Strip just melts in your mouth. The Chicken Parm is another favorite. Friendly staff and you can't go without getting one of those amazing brownies.

Everything I've ever eat there was just perfect! I'm a big girl that loves food that in real life is tall and skinny. This place gives you a nice portion of food. Your gonna leave with a doggy bag. Hands down top 3 places I love to eat from

We had a better time at Nick's this go round. Their server was nice and the food was well prepared. The draft selection is decent. They finish the community room in the back of the establishment as well. Much better.

Have not been here in several years and met friend on Friday night about 5:30 and it was packed. Good to see that they are busy but definitely not enough help. The food was great and the server was very nice despite being overwhelmed.

Nick's is a medium class restaurant and lounge/bar, nestled in a quaint little town of New Cumberland. Food is extraordinary good and they have really good crab cakes.

this is the best place to go if you want awsome crab cakes. No need to go to the beach by far the best. Large lumps of crab and the flavor is the best. prices and staff you can not go wrong. My husband and i share, he gets the steak and i get the two crab cake dinner best way to go. Will come back again and again

This was our first time at Nicks 114. What a wonderful place, our waitress was fantastic. Very nice homey atmosphere, we stopped in on a Sunday and was able to watch some of the football game all we had lunch. Since we never been there before I asked what are server would recommend. I ended up getting the crab cake sandwich. it was really really good. This will definitely be a new restaurant that will stop back at on a regular basis.

First time customer, our server, Josie was outstanding, the food was excellent, I had the broiled seafood platter, couldn’t eat it all, loved the place will definitely go back.

I'm not a beer drinker but I do like Blue Moon and you had that on tap. 1Star! Attentive and friendly server. 2 Stars! Food was served hot and was delectable! I had the French onion soup and portabella crab stuffed mushroom with shrimp skewer and mixed vegetable side. 3 Stars! For dessert I had the Killer Brownie which was huge (could have been Killer Brownie for Two!) Beautiful presentation! 4 Stars! And because I was very happy with my experience - 5 Stars!

Great local restaurant and bar!! Love the blackened chicken....it's so tender and flavorful....never disappoints!! Plenty of other great menu choices and the staff works their butts off to provide great service. Highly recommend!

Was there today for the first time, I had the brisket sandwich and it was exceptional 5+ stars for the food. The waiter, well he left a lot to be desired. Think he only remembered we were there when it came time to give the checks. He dropped them at the table and disappeared again. He did have a large group he was taking care of and I'm sure they kept him busy. Maybe they should of been his only customers at that time.

I have been frequenting Nick’s 114 for several years. The food is great, especially the Crab Melt Sandeich , and its the only place I go to get hot wings. Great staff and fantastic atmosphere.

First time we were there. Food and service was excellent. If you get dessert get the brownie sundae. It is huge 3 to 4 people could share and brownie was to die for, so moist but not real sweet. Had the lobster roll and someone in our party had the crabcakes and everything was excellent. We will go back again.

Great waitress and food was awesome. I had the strip steak, and my friend had the seafood platter that she said was delicious.

We were there for Saturday lunch. Great food and awesome portions!! My husband said his Shepherd's Pie was the best ever... and I’d say the same about my Greek Salad. Highly recommend!!

First time visit for me since I live in Hanover and we have many restaurants to choose from. I thought the service was great, it was delivered fast, and the food was great too. My only complaint is, there are so many TV'S, I don't know what to watch. I'd recommend it to friends.

The chicken alfredo was very very good but the cheesecake was not good at all my two girlfriends had it and it was not supposed to be real strong Taste of rum it was not good

Outstanding customer service and quality food options. Always served quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and super service!
