Pizza King

Wednesday afternoon, 6 people working....we were given flimsy plastic fork. I asked to get silverware. I was told a large group had come in so no forks were available. We were a party of 3, there were 2 people at another table. There was not a lot of people coming in for pickup order at 3:30 in the afternoon. That is the most people I've seen working in this restaurant for two years. Somebody couldn't have washed 3 forks? The pizza was too messy to eat. The waitress asked if we'd like boxes. She brought back sacks. I guess the boxes were dirty too. As we were leaving, two more employees came in. I hope they started with the dishes first. Maybe more forks need to be purchased.

Well...1st We ordered a pretty big order ($111.XX) tonight. We was quoted 25-30 minutes for time to pick up, so I got there at the 30 minute mark. Only to be told they was out of baked ham for 1 of our pizzas. Mind you we had put our order in 30 minutes beforehand and they had just found out themselves they was out of baked ham when I arrived, when my order was supposed to be ready for pick up. 2nd After waiting almost 20 more minutes for them to make us a different pizza, our order was done and as I was paying, I asked if the put our 5 cheese sauces in with our order.I figured they would have given me some sort of discount for their mess up and my inconvenience. I figured wrong..lolSo I drive 15 minutes home only to find out we was 3 cheese sauces shorty..smh Needless to say I won't be back to any Pizza King. Theyre too expensive to begin with and with my experience tonight..Im good.

They are no longer delivering the pizzas without the crust called low carb. I have. To order it this way because of stomach issues. We always tipped well and one day the manager said they aren't supposed to deliver this type of pizza anymore, he couldn't give me an answer why. But yet you can still order it buy you have to pick it up now. Because of this they have lost my family an my business.

Visit everytime we are in town, it's really went downhill since the last time we were here (which was 9/2020). We ordered a cheese pizza but it really didn't have any cheese on it, we couldn't believe the pizza they gave us. We called and complained and the girl said "I followed the directions but I knew it didn't look right" if you knew it didn't look right then you shouldn't have served it. Common sense goes a long way.

Management was rude and we got told that we weren't allowed to move tables together for a large group that they were aware was coming, waited till we were all seated and looking over the menu before telling us, we were told that the tables were not to be moved from where they were originally placed so my party of 10 took our business to mancinos where they were glad to accommodate
