Burger King

The service was so bad I had to park in the parking lot to write this review ‼️ my son choose BK for his reward on our way towards home at 8:25 ish. The person who was on the intercom was so rude and nonchalant!!! Even a sloth has more enthusiasm! I'm pretty brave and outspoken respectfully but I was speechless and dare not speak up for my child and I, they gave him dead fries, no ketchup like we asked and when we pulled up to the window they literally stared us/ me down, there was 4 employees and obviously we broke up their party. I suggest the owner gets a hold of the situation and as for us never again will I stop at this particular location.... I'm still flabbergasted at the situation... Update after I wrote this review we wanted to use the restroom, a little bit before I was done an employee unlocked the door not too long after another one came out to smoke still wearing gloves 😱 I guess he noticed us in the parking lot walk back in, right after he went back in we get out the car to use restrooms just to find out they had locked all the doors again 🤣. And I never got a receipt.

Watch out for over charging!!! I went here for a combo meal and a double cheese burger, tried to charge me $26. I'm not sure if it was a new person, but I immediately left the drive in line because doing the math, it just did not make sense. I would suggest to anyone that orders from this location double check your receipt and also if something sounds off, go with your intuition and leave

This got to be the worst burger king in all of Delaware...on 29th of June...while waiting in line for more than 15 minutes...they decided to close @ 11pm... nobody bothered to walk outside and put a cone behind the last car...no apologies were given... I've been to a lot of state's and have never seen such crude behavior...did I mention that when you're in that Que you can't back up or drive off ...I wish I could give them a Zero rating

Who remember those good old days when friday night was a BK family/friends reunion night,the place was packed and NO tablets NO phones to distract ppl from a good conversation.These BKs became lonely,empty,cheap and their meat got so tiny,do u remember a double cheeseburger???Now they look like a chocolate chip on size and thickness.Do you agree with me here?Sometimes is not all about prices but service,what da hell happen to that term FAST FOOD? Now is slow,NOT accurate and gross food.Ever ask yourself:how in hell they stay on business with all these Empty restaurants? Look at my pics,is 730am and NOT even a soul inside this place,I order hashbrowns and a coffee, the place was so cold that i ended up taking it to my truck.McDonald's is taking over so quick,too bad cause i like BK much better but the CEO don't know how to run it so the ship is sinking faster than the TITANIC.
